2. Description of the Procurement Project

1) For the detailed list of procurement items, see the attached table.
2) Size, material, and craftsmanship shall be based on the provided physical samples or pictures.
3) Delivery period: within 5 days after contract signing (specific delivery time depends on production needs).
4) Delivery location: No. 10 Kangping Road, Biomedicine Park, Dongyang Town, Liuyang City, Hunan Province.
5) Payment method: after product acceptance and approval, payment will be settled within one month upon issuing a special 13% VAT invoice.

3. Composition and Requirements of the Bid:

1) Quotation part (including transportation and taxes) should include a quotation list of labor protection supplies.
2) Provide one set of the following documents:
(1) Copy of the company's business license;
(2) Original letter of authorization from the legal representative, along with copies of the IDs of both the legal representative and the authorized person.

4. Tender Method

The tender announcement will be uploaded in electronic form on our company website. Each bidding unit should prepare the tender documents according to the announcement requirements and submit the bid.

5. Bidding Methods and Requirements

1. Each bidding company shall prepare one copy of the bidding documents in accordance with the "Composition of Bidding Documents" requirements, stamp and seal it, and send it to our company by courier or deliver it in person; bidding documents delivered after the deadline will be rejected.

2. Bidding documents that are not submitted in accordance with the composition and requirements of the bidding documents will be considered invalid.

(1) Each company shall prepare a stamped quotation detail sheet based on the information provided in the bidding documents. All prices must be true and accurate. Once confirmed as a candidate for winning the bid, our company will sign a two-year procurement agreement with the winning bidder, during which the winning bidder is not allowed to raise supply prices.

(2) Items 47, 50, 51, 52, 54, 55, 56, 57, and 60 in the attachment list must be accompanied by samples at the bid opening site.
