It was established in January 2023 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan. The main business scope includes the cultivation of Chinese herbal medicine; Purchase of Chinese herbal medicine; Purchase and sale of real estate Chinese herbal medicines (excluding traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces); Production, sales, processing, transportation, storage, and other related services of agricultural products. Internet sales (except for the sale of goods that need to be licensed); Technical services, development, consulting, communication, and promotion; Leisure and sightseeing activities, etc. (except for projects that require approval by law, business activities can only be carried out after approval by relevant departments). The company is committed to integrating local medicinal resources both inside and outside the province, striving to build a platform for the development of the traditional Chinese medicine industry that integrates medicinal planting, traceability, processing while fresh from the place of origin, purchase and sale, and storage. It provides domestic traditional Chinese medicine production enterprises with high-quality and affordable Chinese medicinal resources. Traceability Company and its predecessor have successively signed strategic cooperation agreements on traditional Chinese medicine resources with the governments of Changde, Yongzhou, Yiyang, Sangzhi, Cili, Suining, etc. In 2019, a Eucommia ulmoides processing base was established in Cili; In 2022, a demonstration base for processing Gynostemma pentaphyllum and Salix matsudana was established in Suining; We have jointly established customized medicinal gardens for Magnolia officinalis, Eucommia ulmoides, Polygonatum sibiricum, Polygonatum sibiricum, Atractylodes macrocephala, Gastrodia elata, Panax ginseng, Schisandra chinensis, Panax ginseng, Cistanche deserticola and other traditional Chinese medicine planting companies (cooperatives) in and outside Hunan, Shaanxi, Liaoning, Xinjiang and other provinces. Registration Requirements

(1) Support the leadership of the CPC, abide by discipline and laws, be upright in conduct, love and work, and have no bad records; (2) Job requirements:

Vice General Manager (1 person)

1. Bachelor's degree or above in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine or related majors;

2. More than five years of work experience in tracing and purchasing raw materials;

3. Strong team leadership skills, decision-making ability, business negotiation ability, good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, as well as the ability to analyze and solve problems;

4. For those with outstanding past performance, the conditions may be appropriately relaxed

Business Manager (3 people)

1. Hold a diploma or above in pharmacy, traditional Chinese medicine, or related fields;

2. More than two years of experience in tracing and purchasing raw materials;

3. Adapt to frequent business trips.

(3) On the date of self admission, there is no employment relationship with other units; (4) Individuals who have been criminally punished for crimes or have been dismissed from public office shall not be eligible for registration under any of the following circumstances: 1; 2. Under investigation by disciplinary inspection and supervision organizations or judicial authorities; 3. Those who have received disciplinary and administrative sanctions from the Party, as well as organizational processing; 4. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations that prohibit the employment of state-owned enterprise employees.

Compensation and Benefits

(2) Qualification review

The company will conduct qualification review based on the applicant's application information and compare it with the job requirements. Those who pass the initial review will proceed to the next stage. Qualification review will run through the entire recruitment process. In each process, if it is found that the recruitment conditions are not met or there is fraud, the enterprise has the right to cancel the interview and employment qualifications at any time after verification. If a labor contract is signed, the labor contract will be terminated. Applicants should also meet the relevant requirements for job avoidance. (3) Interview

Candidates who have passed the qualification review will enter the interview. The company will organize interviews, and the interview time and location will be notified via email and text message.

(4) Organize inspections

After the interview, the candidates will be determined based on their interview scores, and the recruitment plan for the position will be 1:1 to determine the candidates for organizational evaluation.

(5) Physical examination

The proposed employees will be notified by the company via email or text message to the designated hospital for physical examination. Only after passing the physical examination can we enter the public announcement stage.

(6) Publicity

After the completion of various stages such as written exams, interviews, assessments, and physical examinations, the pre recruited personnel will be publicly announced on the company website for 5 working days, accepting consultation from applicants and social supervision.

(7) Hiring

After the public announcement is completed, the company's party branch will study and determine the recruited personnel, handle the entry procedures according to the procedures, and sign the labor contract. The term of the labor contract shall not be less than 3 years, and the probationary period shall not be less than 3 months. Upon completion of the probationary period and passing the assessment, formal employment will be granted, while those who fail will have their employment cancelled.
