Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. Its main products include Chinese medicine formula granules, Chinese medicine ultrafine decoction pieces, traditional Chinese medicine preparations, and health products. In the field of new traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, the company's products have originality. The project of "Research and Industrialization of Key Technologies for Chinese Medicine Ultra fine Powder" won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, filling the gap in Hunan's traditional Chinese medicine industry in the National Science and Technology Progress Award. The company has won 15 domestic leading scientific research achievements and awards, and is a "high-tech enterprise", "key listed reserve enterprise", "top 100 strategic emerging industry enterprises", and "specialized, refined, unique and new" small giant enterprise in Hunan Province.

According to the development needs of the company, we are now recruiting the head of the Discipline Inspection, Audit, and Risk Control Department for market-oriented recruitment. 1、 Selected positions

We have selected and hired one head of the Discipline Inspection, Audit, and Risk Control Department (mid-level official).

2、 Qualifications for Employment

(1) Basic conditions

1. Possess good political qualities, firm ideals and beliefs, resolutely implement the Party's line, principles, policies, and national laws and regulations, abide by political discipline and rules, and maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee in ideology, politics, and action;

(2) Qualifications for Employment

1. Have a bachelor's degree or above, major in law, finance, accounting, or auditing, and hold a legal qualification certificate is preferred;

2. Communist Party member, born after January 1, 1979;

3. Have more than 10 years of experience in legal, auditing, or disciplinary inspection, with at least one year of experience as a principal or three years of experience as a deputy in the management of legal, auditing, or disciplinary inspection departments. Work experience in legal management related to state-owned enterprises or pharmaceutical companies is preferred;

4. Understand relevant laws and regulations such as company law, contract law, labor law, etc., possess strong overall management ability, communication and coordination ability, and risk prevention and control awareness, and be able to actively investigate, keenly identify, and effectively prevent various risks.

5. For those with particularly excellent conditions, restrictions on education, age, and work experience may be appropriately relaxed.

4、 Salary and benefits

Implement a term based management system for middle-level management cadres, with a term of three years and a one-year probationary period for their positions, and they can be reappointed for consecutive terms. (2) Qualification review

Within 3 days after the registration is completed, the company will conduct a qualification review of the applicants based on the required conditions for the recruitment position. After passing the qualification review, the candidates will be selected based on their qualifications, and the company will notify them by phone or text message to attend the interview. Those who fail the qualification review will not be notified separately.

The ratio of the number of people who enter the interview stage through qualification review to the planned recruitment for the position is generally not less than 3:1. If the required ratio is not met, the company may reduce the ratio or cancel the recruitment for the position after research.

(3) Interview

The interview is conducted in a semi-structured format, mainly testing the candidate's knowledge and theoretical foundation, basic qualities, comprehensive abilities, etc. that are suitable for the position.

(4) Inspection and physical examination

1. Investigation. According to the interview scores, the candidates will be ranked from high to low, and the evaluation criteria will be determined in a 1:1 ratio. Through individual interviews with the candidate's unit and reviewing personnel files, a comprehensive evaluation of their morality, ability, diligence, performance, and integrity will be conducted.

2. Physical examination. According to the relevant requirements of the company's entry physical examination, the inspection object will be arranged to undergo an entry physical examination (including drug testing) at a designated hospital.

3. If the candidate fails the examination, did not participate in the physical examination, or did not pass the physical examination, they will not be hired. After the company's research, they can be replaced according to the interview situation.

(5) Publicity

The proposed candidates will be publicly announced on the websites of Hunan Pharmaceutical Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. and Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. for 5 working days, and will be subject to social supervision.

(6) Employment and Contract Signing

After the public notice period expires and there are no objections, relevant employment procedures will be processed.

2. Establish a labor relationship with the employed personnel in accordance with the Labor Contract Law and relevant company rules and regulations, with a probationary period of 3 months.

3、 Other matters
