Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. is a modern pharmaceutical enterprise controlled by Hunan Pharmaceutical Development Investment Group, a provincial state-owned enterprise, and participated by Hunan Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Our main products are Chinese medicine formula granules, Chinese medicine ultrafine decoction pieces, Chinese medicine preparations, and health products.

As of April 30, 2023, the company's traditional Chinese medicine formula granules have completed the listing and filing of 421 varieties, making it the production enterprise with the most complete variety of new traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces in Hunan Province. The production line for extracting traditional Chinese medicine formula granules, which the company invested 300 million yuan to build, has an annual production capacity of over 600 million bags. It is currently the most rational functional layout, advanced facilities and equipment, and leading intelligent production line for traditional Chinese medicine formula granules in Hunan Province.

The company has won 15 domestically leading scientific research achievements and awards, and the project "Research and Industrialization of Key Technologies for Traditional Chinese Medicine Ultra fine Powder" has won the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, filling the gap in Hunan's traditional Chinese medicine industry in national science and technology progress awards. Registration Requirements

(1) Support the leadership of the CPC, abide by discipline and laws, be upright in conduct, love and work hard, and have no bad records;

(2) College degree or above, familiar with national pharmaceutical industry policies; (3) More than three years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least one year of sales experience in new traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces preferred;

(4) On the date of self admission, there is no employment relationship with other units;

(5) Under any of the following circumstances, registration is not allowed:

1. Individuals who have been criminally punished for crimes and those who have been dismissed from public office;

2. Under investigation by disciplinary inspection and supervision organizations or judicial authorities;

3. Those who have received disciplinary and administrative sanctions from the Party, as well as organizational processing;

4. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations that prohibit the employment of state-owned enterprise employees.

Compensation and Benefits

(1) Salary: Implement according to the company's relevant salary system.

(2) Qualification review

The company will conduct qualification review based on the applicant's application information and compare it with the job requirements. Those who pass the initial review will proceed to the next stage. Qualification review will run through the entire recruitment process. In each process, if it is found that the recruitment conditions are not met or there is fraud, the enterprise has the right to cancel the interview and employment qualifications at any time after verification. If a labor contract is signed, the labor contract will be terminated. Applicants should also meet the relevant requirements for job avoidance. Interview notifications will be sent to applicants who have passed the qualification review via email and SMS, and applicants should keep an eye on them at all times.

(3) Interview

Candidates who have passed the qualification review will enter the interview. The company will organize interviews, and the interview time and location will be notified via email and text message.

(4) Organize inspections

After the interview, the candidates will be determined based on their interview scores, and the recruitment plan for the position will be 1:1 to determine the candidates for organizational evaluation.

(5) Physical examination

The proposed employees will be notified by the company via email or text message to the designated hospital for physical examination. Only after passing the physical examination can we enter the public announcement stage.

(6) Publicity

After the completion of various stages such as written exams, interviews, assessments, and physical examinations, the pre recruited personnel will be publicly announced on the company website for 5 working days, accepting consultation from applicants and social supervision.

(7) Hiring

After the public announcement is completed, the company's party branch will study and determine the recruited personnel, handle the entry procedures according to the procedures, and sign the labor contract. The term of the labor contract shall not be less than 3 years, and the probationary period shall not be less than 3 months. Upon completion of the probationary period and passing the assessment, formal employment will be granted, while those who fail will have their employment cancelled.
