2、 Qualifications for Employment

2. More than 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical production enterprises, with more than three years of management experience in production or quality departments, and experience in quality management of traditional Chinese medicine formula granules production is preferred;

3. Familiar with relevant policies and regulations in the pharmaceutical production industry, with strong communication and coordination skills and management awareness;

4、 Salary and benefits

Implement a term based management system for middle-level management cadres, with a term of three years and a one-year probationary period for their positions, and they can be reappointed for consecutive terms.
