1. Bidding conditions

The purchaser, Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd., has met the bidding conditions for the project and is now conducting a domestic public bidding for its construction.
2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope
2.1 Project Name: Tender Announcement for the Construction Project of Ultra Micro Beverage Medicinal Food Same Origin Product
2.2 Construction location: Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. (No. 10 Kangping Road, Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone)
2.3 Project Overview: The renovation area of this project is approximately 1015 square meters. The main contents include: dismantling the original masonry partition walls and transporting garbage outside, installing ceilings and pipelines, adding PVC roll flooring, color steel plate partition walls, color steel plate partition walls and ceilings, laboratory operation consoles and water supply and drainage, electrical lighting, maintenance sockets, equipment power cables, dust removal systems, HVAC systems, purification systems, fire protection engineering (including construction acceptance), etc. The specific details shall be subject to the final construction drawings approved by the purchaser.
2.4 Construction period: The scheme design shall be completed and approved by the purchaser before February 20, 2024, the construction drawing design shall be completed and approved by the purchaser before February 24, 2024, and the construction shall be completed and accepted by the purchaser before April 10, 2024.
2.5 Bidding Scope: This project includes the Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. Ultra Micro Beverage Medicinal Food Same Origin Product Project, which includes the entire process of design, procurement, and construction from the scheme design stage, construction drawing design stage, construction preparation stage, construction stage, completion acceptance stage to the defect liability period stage, all of which are within the scope of this project contracting; The bidder shall complete all work contents including design, construction, installation, completion acceptance, fire engineering (including construction acceptance), etc. of this project.
2.6 Quality Standards: The entire project must be based on the premise of passing the food construction application acceptance, and meet the acceptance standards required by the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality".
2.7 Engineering Warranty: According to the provisions of the Ministry of Construction's [2000] Order No. 80, the contractor shall bear its responsibilities and obligations regarding the warranty content and period. The warranty amount is 5% of the total contract price, and will be paid in one lump sum after the warranty period (1 year) expires.
2.8 Construction scale: General contractor

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 Having independent legal personality and obtaining a business license in accordance with the law.
3.2 Possess construction enterprise qualification certificate, safety production license, legal representative authorization letter, copy of ID card, etc.
3.3 Joint bidding is not accepted in this tender, and those with experience in food workshop construction and decoration will be given priority.
3.4 Bidders are requested to contact the representative of the bidding unit before registration, go to the site to understand the basic situation of the original factory facilities and construction requirements, issue a construction plan, and attach a floor plan, etc.
