2.3 Project Overview: This project involves replacing the air conditioning unit in the ultrafine decoction piece workshop, removing the old unit, and installing and debugging the new unit. Technical parameter requirements: Air volume: 70000m ³/h, air pressure: 1600Pa, power: 45KW, cooling capacity: 420KW, heat: 590KW, equipment dimensions: 9100cm * 3000cm * 3000cm, quantity: 1 set, clean area temperature requirement: 18-26 ℃, relative humidity: 45-60%; The dimensions of the functional sections of the wind cabinet include: initial efficiency section (700cm), medium efficiency section (1100cm), first level surface cooling section (1100cm), second level surface cooling section (heating section) (900cm), humidification section (500cm), fan section (2700cm), uniform flow section (900cm), and medium efficiency section (1200cm).
2.4 Construction period: Construction will commence on April 25, 2024, and will be completed before April 30, 2024, and will be inspected and accepted by the purchaser.
2.5 Scope of bidding: 1. This project involves replacing the air conditioning unit in the ultrafine decoction piece workshop, removing the old unit, and installing and debugging the new unit. 2. Requirements for technical parameters of the fresh air cabinet: air volume of 70000m ³/h, air pressure of 1600Pa, power of 45KW, cooling capacity of 420KW, heat capacity of 590KW, equipment dimensions of 9100cm * 3000cm * 3000cm, quantity of 1 set, clean area temperature requirement of 18-26 ℃, relative humidity of 45-60%; The dimensions of the functional sections of the wind cabinet include: initial efficiency section (700cm), medium efficiency section (1100cm), first level surface cooling section (1100cm), second level surface cooling section (heating section) (900cm), humidification section (500cm), fan section (2700cm), uniform flow section (900cm), and medium efficiency section (1200cm).
2.6 Quality Standards: The entire project must be based on the premise of passing the food construction application acceptance, and meet the acceptance standards required by the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality".
2.7 Project Warranty: The contractor shall bear its responsibilities and obligations according to the prescribed warranty content and period. The warranty amount is 10% of the total contract price, and will be paid in one lump sum after the warranty period (1 year) expires.
2.8 Payment Method: According to project requirements and quotation details, a 9% value-added tax special invoice shall be issued before each payment. After signing the contract, 30% of the contract amount shall be prepaid. After the project is completed and accepted, the full invoice of the project shall be collected and paid to 90% of the settlement amount. The remaining 10% of the contract amount shall be used as a quality guarantee deposit. After passing the acceptance inspection for one year without any quality problems, the remaining balance shall be paid in full without interest upon receipt of the construction party's paper payment application.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 Having independent legal personality and obtaining a business license in accordance with the law.
3.2 Possess a safety production license, legal representative authorization letter, copy of ID card, etc.
4. Evaluation method: The evaluation method for this project adopts competitive negotiation.
5. Submission of bidding documents:
The deadline for submission of bidding documents and the bid opening time are 14:00 on April 18, 2024, at Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd.
5.2 Bid documents that are delivered late or not delivered to the designated location, or that are not sealed and marked as required, will not be accepted by the tenderer.
