3. Project content: The daily output of traditional Chinese medicine residue extracted from the workshop is about 10 tons
2、 Qualification requirements for bidding participants
1. The financial condition of the enterprise is good, and there has been no fraudulent bidding, serious breach of contract, or major quality problems in the past three years
2. Independent Enterprise Legal Person
3. Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law
4. Have a good business reputation and sound financial accounting system
5. Possess the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract
3、 Bidding method
1. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding
2. The bidding party shall bind the quotation part and information of the bidding documents into a booklet and seal it
3. After stamping and sealing, send it to our company by express delivery
4. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline and have incomplete information are considered invalid
On the day of the bid opening, the bidding party must send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver
If the legal representative is not present, a power of attorney from the legal representative is required for it to be valid
4 Submission of Bids 
The deadline for submission of bidding documents and the bid opening time are 9:30 am on October 20, 2023, at Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. (Liuyang Biomedical Park)
Bids that are delivered late, not delivered to the designated location, or not sealed and marked as required will not be accepted by the tenderer.
