1、 Bidding content
1. Provide a quotation for logistics (express delivery) agency fees to various parts of the country (the quotation price list is divided by prefecture level cities).
Note: Logistics (express delivery) agencies need to pick up the goods on-site. Delivery address: No. 10 Kangping Road, Liuyang Economic Development Zone Production Base.
2. In the bidding document fee standards, it is necessary to classify the management of customer service for receiving goods, such as providing handling services for Class A customers, which require logistics personnel to deliver goods upstairs or to their doorstep; Provide delivery services to self pickup points for Class B customers.
2、 Bid requirements
1. The bidding enterprise must have independent legal personality and relevant qualifications to engage in logistics (express delivery) agency business. Please provide valid copies of business license, tax registration certificate, and legal representative's ID card (stamped with a fresh seal) when registering, and attach the delivery time and shipping cost unit price by region (province, city) in the quotation.
2. The bidding enterprise should have a good business reputation and a sound financial management system, with no record of illegal or irregular activities in the past three years.
3. The bidding enterprise needs to have corresponding logistics (express delivery) network resources that can cover the service area required by the tenderer.
4. The bidding enterprise should have a professional logistics (express delivery) operation team that can provide efficient, safe, and timely transportation services for goods.
5. The bidding enterprise should have a good after-sales service system, which can timely handle and solve problems that arise during the logistics (express delivery) process.
6. Quotation shall be made in accordance with the requirements of the bidding content, and the price shall not be increased during the performance of the contract.
3、 Binding and submission of bidding documents
1. The bidding party shall bind and seal the quotation part (list) and bidding qualification certificate documents of the bidding documents.
2. All sealed bidding documents must be stamped with the official seal of the unit and mailed to the bidding party.

1. The bidding period for the service project is two years, during which the service price cannot be increased.

3. The winning bidder shall sign a guarantee agreement with our company, and our company has the right to pursue and demand compensation for any delays, damages, or other behaviors that may occur during transportation.
