II. Main contents of this bidding
1. Project overview: Some walls and ceilings in the traditional Chinese medicine pre-treatment workshop are moldy; some screen windows are broken, and there is no gauze at the air outlet; the medicine cutting machine equipment is rusted; the walls of the oven room and frying room are yellow, and some lamps have aged and turned yellow, resulting in insufficient illumination; two rooms on the 4th floor of the old line warehouse near the north wall have serious water leakage from the external wall to the interior, and the wall needs repainting; there is water leakage at the air conditioning pipe patio on the roof of the comprehensive warehouse building.
2. Construction period: Mobilization for construction is to commence on July 9, 2024, and the construction is to be completed by July 14, 2024, and subsequently pass the acceptance inspection organized by the purchaser.

3、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders
1. Having independent legal personality and obtaining a business license in accordance with the law.
2. A power of attorney from the legal representative and a copy of the ID card are required.
3. This bidding does not accept consortium bidding, experienced candidates are preferred.
4、 Bidding method
According to the company's "Interim Measures for the Management of Miscellaneous Engineering Inquiry", the construction unit will be determined through open bidding and competitive negotiation. The qualification review method for this project is the qualification review after the bid opening.
5、 Composition of bidding documents
1. Quotation section (quoted separately according to project content, project content: general contractor)
2. One set of copies with official seal affixed to the documents (to be retained): Enterprise Business License; Original power of attorney from the legal representative, copies of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card;
6、 Submission of bidding documents
1. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.
2. The bidding party shall bind and seal the quotation and information of the bidding documents in a booklet.
3. After being stamped and sealed, it will be delivered to our company by express delivery or carried to our company on the day of bid opening before the bid opening.
4. Bids that are delivered late, not delivered to the designated location, or not sealed and marked as required will not be accepted by the tenderer.
5. On the day of the bid opening, the bidding party must send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver (if unable to come to the site due to uncontrollable factors, it will not be considered as a waiver).
7、 Other requirements
1. Payment method: According to the project requirements and quotation details, 30% of the contract amount will be prepaid after signing the contract. After the project is completed and accepted, a special invoice for the full value-added tax of the project will be collected, and 90% of the settlement amount will be paid. The remaining 10% of the contract amount will be used as a warranty deposit. After one year of acceptance, if there are no quality problems, the remaining balance will be paid in full without interest upon receipt of the construction party's paper payment application.
