Tender Announcement for Formula Particle Dispensing Equipment
According to the relevant regulations of our company's "Bidding and Tendering Management Measures", for the intelligent dispensing machine procurement project, open bidding will be adopted, and qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in bidding.
1、 Procurement project information

2、 Description of Proposed Procurement of Intelligent Dispensing Machine
1. Please check the detailed parameters at the end of the article. If you cannot meet the technical parameter requirements, please do not bid.
2. The warranty period is 1 year, with lifetime maintenance and free software upgrades for life.
3. During the warranty period, if a malfunction occurs, the bidder is required to arrange technical personnel to arrive at the site within 24 hours after receiving the report to troubleshoot. The equipment failure rate shall not exceed 5%.
4. Procurement method: Public bidding.
5. Payment terms: 30% advance payment will be made after the contract is signed. 30% payment will be made upon receipt of the full 13% value-added tax special invoice upon successful installation and commissioning of the goods. 30% payment will be made after 2 months of instrument operation and acceptance. 10% of the deposit will be used as a quality guarantee deposit. The full payment will be made in full after 12 months from the date of acceptance of the goods at the buyer's factory.
3、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders
1. Having independent legal personality, possessing the qualification level and registered capital required for the bidding project.
2. Capable of fully fulfilling the contract.
3. In the past three years, we have independently completed similar bidding projects without any quality or safety accidents caused by management reasons or administrative penalties.
4. Lawsuits without significant defendants, respondents, or executors may affect the performance of the bidding project contract.
5. Comply with other requirements set forth in national laws, regulations, and bidding documents.
4、 Composition of bidding documents
1. Quotation method: Quotation based on technical parameters; Quotation through cooperative joint investment method.
2. Quotation section (including cooperation mode, detailed configuration list, transportation, taxes, after-sales service, payment method, only unit price needs to be quoted when quoting).
3. Bring a set of copies (to be retained) of the following documents stamped with the official seal: copies of the business license and tax registration certificate of the enterprise; Original power of attorney from the legal representative, copies of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card; After sales service commitment.
5、 Binding and submission of bidding documents
1. The technical and commercial bids of the bidding documents shall be bound separately, with two copies required for the commercial bid and no less than two copies for the technical bid.
2. The business proposal includes (at least the following documents, bound in order)
(1) Attachment 1: Fill in the cooperation mode, which is divided into competitive mode and cooperative co investment mode. (Each participating enterprise can participate in both cooperation modes, stamped with the official seal of the bidding unit).
(2) The power of attorney for the legal representative filled out according to the requirements of Annex 2 (stamped with the official seal of the bidding unit).
(3) Copy of the business license, relevant qualifications, and report documents of the enterprise (stamped with the official seal of the bidding unit).
(4) Copy of tax registration certificate (stamped with the official seal of the bidding unit).
(5) Competitive mode: Fill in the single item quotation in response to the technical requirements as required in Annex 3. (The quotation should include all expenses such as 13% value-added tax special invoice, freight, etc.) stamped with the official seal of the bidding unit.
(6) Fill in the most favorable payment method, warranty period, and shortest delivery cycle according to the requirements in Attachment 4.
(7) Performance table of dispensing machine customers in the past two years.
(8) According to the requirements of Annex 5, fill in the cooperation mode and provide the type of equipment provided for the cooperative joint investment mode.
3. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.
4. The bidding party shall bind and seal the quotation and information of the bidding documents in a booklet.
5. After stamping and sealing, please send it to our company by express delivery.
6. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline and have incomplete information are considered invalid.
