2、 Description and Requirements of Procurement Projects

1. The specific purchase quantity and batch shall be executed according to the purchaser's purchase order.

2. All product quality requirements and technical standards: The supplier shall produce plates based on the design draft (including samples) approved by the demander

3. Procurement period: Two years, during which the supply price cannot be increased.

4. Delivery period: Within 7 days from the date of both parties signing and sealing the contract, the goods shall be delivered to the location of Party A.

5. Delivery location: No.10 Kangping Road, Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone

6. Payment method: After the goods arrive and pass the acceptance inspection, the payment will be settled within three months based on the actual delivery quantity and the 13% value-added tax special invoice issued by Party B.

3、 Composition and requirements of bidding documents

(1) Supply price (including shipping and taxes); (2) Please specify the payment method.

2. Bring a set of the following materials:

(1) Copy of business license, etc. of the enterprise; (2) Copy of Printing Business License;

(3) Original power of attorney from the legal representative and a copy of the authorized person's ID card; (4) Quality Assurance Agreement;

4、 Marking method

The bidding announcement is uploaded to our company's website in electronic form, and each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.

5、 Bid return method and requirements

1. Please prepare one copy of the bidding documents according to the requirements of the "Composition of Bidding Documents". Bidders should bind the quotation part and information of the bidding documents into a book, seal it with a seal, and send it to our company by express delivery or by sending personnel;

2. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline and have incomplete information will be considered invalid and will be rejected;
