2、 Description and Requirements of Procurement Projects
1. Specific situation of procurement content
First type: Composite film series (spray variable QR code):
(1) Polyester 12um/pure aluminum 7um/polyethylene 50um (PET12/AL7/PE50)
(2) Polyester 12um/pure aluminum 9um/polyethylene 50um (PET12/AL9/PE50)
Second type: Large bag and pure composite film series (no need for coding):
(1) Polyester 12um/pure aluminum 7um/polyethylene 50um (PET12/AL7/PE50)
(2) Polyester 12um/pure aluminum 9um/polyethylene 50um (PET12/AL9/PE50)
2. Expected annual procurement quantity: 150-200 tons, the specific procurement quantity and batch shall be executed according to the purchaser's procurement instruction sheet.
3. Procurement period: Two years, during which the supply price cannot be increased.
4. Delivery period: Within 18 days from the date of both parties signing and sealing the contract, the goods shall be delivered to the location of Party A.
5. Delivery location: No. 10 Kangping Road, Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Hunan Province
6. Payment method: After the goods arrive and pass the acceptance inspection, the payment will be settled within three months based on the actual delivery quantity and the 13% value-added tax special invoice issued by Party B.
3、 Composition and requirements of bidding documents
1. Quotation section
(1) Supply price: 1. Variable QR code series quotation (including shipping and taxes); 2. Quotation for large bags and Jingchun series (including shipping and taxes);
2. One set of the following materials:
(1) Copy of business license, etc. of the enterprise;
(2) Copy of the Registration Certificate for Materials and Containers Used in Drug Packaging;
(3) Authorization letter from the legal representative and a copy of the authorized person's ID card;
(4) Quality Assurance Agreement;
3. Traceability code system
(1) Must meet our company's requirements and be suitable for existing subcontracting equipment. The participating enterprises must have a variable traceability code spraying system to interface with our company;
(2) Entering the candidate enterprise requires layout and sampling according to the sample provided by our company, and subcontracting equipment testing.
4、 Marking method
The bidding announcement is uploaded to our company's website in electronic form, and each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.
5、 Bid return method and requirements
1. Please prepare one copy of the bidding documents according to the requirements of the "Composition of Bidding Documents". Bidders should bind the quotation part and information of the bidding documents into a book, seal it with a seal, and send it to our company by express delivery or by sending personnel;
2. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline and have incomplete information will be considered invalid and will be rejected;
6、 Precautions
The prices and information provided by each unit in the bidding documents should be true and accurate. Once confirmed as the winning candidate, our company will sign a two-year procurement agreement with the winning bidder, during which the winning bidder shall not increase the supply price.
