2. The size, material, and process of the heat sealing film and OPP composite film are provided according to our company's requirements.

5. Payment method: After the product is accepted as qualified, a 13% value-added tax special invoice will be issued to settle the payment within 3 months.
3、 Composition and requirements of the bidding document:

5、 Bid response and evaluation methods
1. Please prepare one copy of the bidding document according to the requirements of the "Composition of Bidding Documents", seal it with a seal, and send it to our company by express delivery or dispatch personnel; Bid documents delivered after the deadline will be rejected;
2. Bidding documents that are not submitted in accordance with the composition and requirements of the bidding documents shall be deemed invalid;
3. Authorized persons or legal representatives of all participating units are required to arrive at the site on time. Late arrival or absence will be deemed as automatic disqualification, and the evaluation method will be competitive negotiation.
6、 Precautions
The information and prices provided by each unit in the bidding documents should be true and accurate. Once confirmed as the winning candidate, a sample must be provided within 5 working days. If the sample is qualified, our company will sign a two-year procurement agreement with the winning bidder, and the supply price cannot be raised without authorization within two years.
