2、 Description of the procurement project

1. Please refer to the attached table for the detailed list of procurement contents.

2. The size, material, and craftsmanship are all based on the provided physical samples or pictures.

3. Delivery cycle: Delivery within 5 days after signing the contract (specific delivery time depends on production needs).

4. Delivery location: No. 10 Kangping Road, Biomedical Park, Dongyang Town, Liuyang City, Hunan Province.

5. Payment method: After the product is accepted as qualified, a 13% value-added tax special invoice will be issued to settle the payment within one month.

3、 Composition and requirements of the bidding document:

1. The quotation section (including transportation and taxes) is accompanied by a list of labor protection equipment quotations.

2. Bring a set of the following materials:

(1) Copy of the duplicate business license of the enterprise;

(2) Original power of attorney from the legal representative, copies of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card.

4、 Bidding method

The bidding announcement is uploaded to our company's website in electronic form, and each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.

5、 Bidding methods and requirements

1. Please prepare one copy of the bidding document according to the requirements of the "Composition of Bidding Documents", seal it with a seal, and send it to our company by express delivery or dispatch personnel; Bid documents delivered after the deadline will be rejected;

2. Bidding documents that are not submitted in accordance with the composition and requirements of the bidding documents shall be deemed invalid;

6、 Bid evaluation method: Adopt competitive negotiation and consultation.

7、 Precautions

(1) Each unit shall prepare a quotation list with official seal in the bidding documents, and the prices shall be true and accurate. Once confirmed as the winning candidate, our company will sign a two-year procurement agreement with the winning bidder, during which the winning bidder shall not increase the supply price.

(2) Items 50, 51, 52, 54, 55, 56, and 60 in the attachment list require samples to be brought to the bid opening site.
