2. Project situation: The project was tendered online on May 21, 2024, and the deadline for bid opening is 9:30 am on May 29, 2022. A total of three units participated in the bidding.

3. Reason for project rejection:

Three companies have registered to participate in this bidding process. Through face-to-face communication between the bidding team judges and the bidders, each judge has a basic understanding of the labor protection products provided by each bidder. Due to the different specifications and requirements of some labor protection products expressed by the bidding companies, the prices differ greatly. After a second round of quotation, the price difference is still significant. Therefore, after discussion among the judges, this bidding is cancelled. The user will make clear specifications and requirements for the required labor protection products, and then re open the bidding to the public. It is suggested that this bidding be cancelled.
