1、 Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. Should possess independent legal personality, business license and other relevant qualifications and documents;

3、 Bid Description:

1. The bidder shall prepare a bid document based on the asset list, verify the physical items on site with the Party and Mass Comprehensive Department, and submit the bid document according to the asset list quotation table;

2. The bidding party shall seal the quotation part of the bidding documents, stamp and seal it, and send it to our company by express delivery;

3. Bidding documents with incomplete information beyond the deadline shall be considered invalid;

On the day of bid opening, bidders must send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver;

5. Mailing address: No. 10 Kangping Road, Liuyang Economic Development Zone, Changsha City, Hunan Province, to He Xingshuai;

6. The evaluation shall be based on the asset quotation table provided by the bidder, and the bidder with the highest total price shall be awarded the bid. After winning the bid and signing the asset disposal agreement with the company, the winning bidder shall pay the bid price to the company's designated account within three days. After financial verification, the party and mass comprehensive department shall hand over the assets listed in the asset list. The winning bidder shall complete the handover and clearance of assets within three days.

Before 5pm on July 14, 2024, the participating units or individuals shall prepare asset quotations and send them to our company by express delivery.
