According to the relevant provisions of the "Management Measures for Tendering and Bidding", our company adopts an open bidding method for the plastic tray procurement project, and welcomes qualified suppliers to participate in bidding.

1、 Procurement project information

Buyer: Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd

Procurement Project Name: Plastic Tray

Procurement content:

1. 500 plastic trays, size: 1200mm * 1000mm * 150mm, with a plus or minus 2mm error, grid shaped, high impact strength new HDPE plastic material, non combustible, and no static sparks. Dynamic load: 1 ton, static load: 4 tons, reinforced with four square steel pipes, with a pallet weight of 17 kilograms or more. Suitable for forklifts: 550 forklifts with 1000mm surface fork. (See Attachment 1 for pictures)

2. 500 plastic trays, size: 800mm * 400mm * 120mm, with an error of plus or minus 2mm. The flat plate is thickened with six legs (blue) and made of new HDPE plastic material with high impact strength. It does not support combustion and has no static sparks. Dynamic load: 0.3 tons, static load: 0.5 tons. Suitable for forklifts: 550 forklifts with 800mm surface fork. (See Attachment 2 for pictures)

2、 Instructions for purchasing pallets

1. If the technical parameters of the pallet cannot be met, please do not bid.

2. The pallet has a one-year warranty period, and within 3 years after the warranty period, only accessory fees will be charged. (From the date of acceptance)

3. Payment method:

3.1 Advance payment: 30% of the total contract amount shall be paid within 10 working days after the contract is signed.

3.2. After the tray production is completed, 30% of the total contract amount shall be paid with a full 13% value-added tax special invoice before shipment, and a list, quantity, and unit price shall be provided. The rest shall be executed according to the technical parameters.

3.3 After two months of use, if there are no quality issues with the pallet, 30% of the total contract amount shall be paid within 10 working days.

3.4. Leave 10% of the total amount of the contracted goods as a quality guarantee deposit. The warranty period is one year. After the warranty period expires, if there are no quality problems, the remaining balance will be paid within 10 working days without interest.

3、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders

1. Having independent legal personality, possessing the qualifications and registered capital required for the bidding project.

2. Capable of fully fulfilling the contract.

3. In the past three years, we have independently completed similar bidding projects without any quality or safety accidents caused by management reasons or administrative penalties.

4. Lawsuits without significant defendants, respondents, or executors may affect the performance of the bidding project contract.

5. Comply with other requirements set forth in national laws, regulations, and bidding documents.  

4、 Composition of bidding documents

1. Quotation section (including detailed list of goods and unit price, transportation, taxes, after-sales service, payment method)

2. Bring a set of copies (to be retained) of the following documents stamped with the official seal:; Original company qualifications, legal representative authorization letter, copies of the legal representative's ID card and authorized person's ID card; China Credit Information Network credit information, after-sales service commitment;

 

5、 Binding and submission of bidding documents

1. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.

2. The bidding party shall bind and seal the quotation and information of the bidding documents in a booklet.

3. After stamping and sealing, express delivery or delivery to our company;

4. Bidding documents with incomplete information beyond the deadline shall be deemed invalid;

5. On the day of bid opening, bidders must send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver.

6、 Bid evaluation and determination method:

1. The evaluation method for this project adopts "competitive negotiation".

2. Method for determining the winning bidder: Based on the responsiveness of the bidding documents provided by the bidding unit and the comprehensive qualifications and cases of the bidding unit, the members of the evaluation team will comprehensively select a bidding unit to win the bid.

3. The qualification review method for this project is on-site qualification review.
