The main content of procurement maintenance:
1. During the maintenance period, maintenance personnel must be dispatched every 15 days in accordance with Article 32 of the "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment" to regularly carry out standardized maintenance and assist in rescue of the bidding party's elevators (escalators). Maintenance should be carried out in accordance with GB/T18775 "Elevator Maintenance Specification" (inspection records, maintenance logs, etc.).

2. The maintenance unit provides 24-hour emergency troubleshooting services for elevators.

3. When the elevator malfunctions during normal use, the maintenance unit shall immediately notify the bidding party by phone or in writing. The maintenance unit shall dispatch personnel to the site within 30 minutes after receiving the notification for handling.

4. Implementation location: No. 10 Kangping Road, Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone

5. The maintenance service period is 3 years;

6. Payment method: After the contract is signed, the bidding party shall pay 50% of the annual maintenance service fee to the bidding party annually by bank transfer based on the date of contract signing. The other half of the annual payment shall be paid 50% of the annual service fee after one year of elevator maintenance, and so on.

3、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders

1. Having independent legal personality and providing valid business license, "Special Equipment Installation, Renovation and Maintenance License", "Special Equipment Operator Certificate" (Elevator Repair T Certificate), attached long-term labor contract or social security certificate, and general equipment maintenance and repair qualifications (scanned or copied with official seal);

2. Provide proof of identity of the legal representative and a copy of their own ID card (if the non legal representative directly participates in the bidding, provide the original power of attorney of the legal representative and a copy of their ID card, as well as a copy of the ID card of the authorized agent stamped with the official seal), and the technical personnel shall have a safety operation certificate;

3. The bidder has a 24-hour service hotline in Changsha (scanned or copied with official seal).

4. In the past three years, priority has been given to independently completing bidding projects with similar performance, and there have been no quality or safety accidents or administrative penalties caused by management reasons.

5. Lawsuits without significant defendants, respondents, or executors may affect the performance of the bidding project contract.

6. Comply with other requirements set forth in national laws, regulations, and bidding documents.

7. This project does not accept consortium participation in bidding.

4、 Composition of bidding documents

1. Quotation section (all maintenance project services, taxes, and other expenses).

2. Bring a set of copies (to be retained) with the following documents stamped with the official seal: a copy of the enterprise business license; Original power of attorney from the legal representative, copies of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card; Copy of qualifications, public information report on Credit China website, and after-sales service commitment.

5、 Binding and submission of bidding documents

1. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.

2. The bidding party shall bind and seal the quotation and information of the bidding documents in a booklet.

3. After being stamped and sealed, it will be delivered to our company by express delivery or carried to our company on the day of bid opening before the bid opening.

4. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline and have incomplete information are considered invalid.

5. On the day of the bid opening, the bidding party must send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver (if unable to come to the site due to uncontrollable factors, it will not be considered as a waiver).
