III. Bid Instructions:
1. Bidders shall verify the physical assets on-site with the Party and Mass Comprehensive Department according to the asset list (assets are located at No. 828 Lusong Road, Yuelu District), and prepare the bid document based on the asset list quotation form for bidding;
2. Bidders shall seal the quotation part of the bid document, affix the seal, and courier it to our company;
3. Bid documents submitted after the deadline or with incomplete information shall be deemed invalid;
4. On the bid opening day, bidders must send personnel to participate in the bid opening on-site; otherwise, it shall be deemed a waiver;
5. Mailing address: No. 10 Kangping Road, Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Changsha City, Hunan Province, Attn: He Xingshuai;
6. The bid evaluation shall be awarded to the bidder with the highest total price in the asset quotation form. After winning the bid, the successful bidder shall sign an asset disposal agreement with the company and make the payment to the company's designated account within three days. After the financial verification, the Party and Mass Comprehensive Department shall hand over the assets. The successful bidder shall complete the handover, transportation, and cleaning of the assets within three days.
IV. Bid Deadline:
Before 9:00 AM on December 30, 2024, participating units or individuals shall prepare the total asset quotation sheet and courier it to our company or bring it to our company before the bid opening.
