Adhering to the principles of fairness, justice, and common development, we are now publicly bidding for the hosting of social catering companies

1、 Qualification requirements for bidders:

1. Should possess independent legal personality, business license and other relevant qualifications and documents;

2. Should have a good market reputation and strong service capabilities;

3. Must have a professional catering service team, engaged in catering management services for more than 2 years (with actual cooperative catering management cases), and have good business reputation and financial status. There have been no records of poor food hygiene, fire safety, or other aspects in the past catering operations.

2、 Main terms of the contract:

1. Food safety is reliable, meat products are traceable, and oily rice is specified according to our company's requirements. Any food safety accidents will be the responsibility of the custodian.

2. The canteen hygiene should be clean, tidy, and bright, and the canteen service should be attentive.

3. The dishes have unique characteristics, good taste, and multiple choices. They will be adjusted in a timely manner according to the opinions of the company's employees. If the employee satisfaction is less than 60%, our company may terminate the cooperation in advance.

4. Our company is responsible for providing the cafeteria facilities and equipment, while the maintenance and repair of the cafeteria kitchen facilities and equipment are the responsibility of the custodian.

5. We are responsible for the water, electricity, and gas supply in the cafeteria.

3、 Bid Description:

1. This evaluation adopts a competitive negotiation method, and the bidding party selects the custodian based on the best cost-effectiveness comprehensive evaluation. The bidding party converts the canteen procurement and personnel salaries into dining standards according to the actual situation of the company, with Chinese food * yuan/meal/person and dinner Chinese food * yuan/meal/person.

2. Bidders are not allowed to withdraw their bids and must promise in the bidding documents to unconditionally accept the requirements stated in this tender announcement.

4、 Bid deadline:

Before November 18, 2024, participating units are required to fill out the canteen bidding documents in full and stamp them with the company seal. They should be packed together with the enterprise qualification certificate materials and the original legal representative power of attorney in the information bag and sealed. If there are other materials that need to be separately explained, they can be packed together and sent to our company by express delivery.
