We are now open for bidding and welcome qualified suppliers to participate.

2. Bidding conditions
The procurement content of this bidding project is the ERP marketing management system construction procurement project. The bidder is Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. The funding source of the bidding project is self raised by the enterprise, with a contribution ratio of 100%. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for bidding.
3. Scope of bidding
Procurement content: ERP sales management system (1) optimization of organizational structure and customer management; (2) Price system optimization; (3) Online and offline business collaboration; (4) Centralized management of entrusted delivery; (5) Financial control upgrade; (6) System integration. Please refer to Chapter 7: Procurement Requirements for details
4. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
4.1 Basic Qualification Requirements for Suppliers:
(1) Having independent legal personality, holding a valid business license, and able to independently assume civil liability.
(2) Have relevant qualifications for the development and implementation of ERP systems in the pharmaceutical industry, and have at least 5 successful implementation cases of ERP marketing management systems in pharmaceutical enterprises of similar scale (proof materials such as copies of key contract pages are required).
(3) Having a professional technical team, the core members of the team must have at least 5 years of experience in ERP system development and implementation, and be able to provide continuous technical support and services.
(4) Within the past 3 years, there has been no significant record of illegal or irregular activities, and it has not been included in the list of enterprises with abnormal business operations or serious illegal or dishonest enterprises.
(5) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system.
(6) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;
Bidders who have obtained a new certificate implementing the "three certificates in one" registration system reform shall be deemed to have relevant certificates and meet the relevant terms of the basic qualification conditions; Bidders who have obtained a new certificate implementing the "Five Certificates in One" grading system reform shall be deemed to have relevant certificates and meet the relevant provisions of the basic qualification conditions.
4.2 Those who have been included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement and parties involved in major tax violations by the "Credit China" website, and those who have been included in the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by the "China Government Procurement Network" website (whose punishment period has not yet expired), shall not participate in the bidding activities of this project.
4.3. This project does not accept consortium bidding.
5. Obtaining the bidding documents
Those who intend to participate in the bidding process are requested to submit the original introduction letter or authorization letter stamped with the official seal of the company (with a copy of the legal representative's ID card attached), the authorized person's ID card stamped with the company seal, and the bidder's business license stamped with the official seal to the contact person of Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. from 9:00 am to 12:00 am and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm daily from October 10, 2025 to October 14, 2025, to collect the bidding documents.
6. Submission of bidding documents
6.1 Bid deadline: By 9:30 am on October 20, 2025. Bids submitted after the deadline will be rejected (☆).
6.2 Bid opening time: 9:30 am on October 20, 2025.
6.3 Bid opening location (place for submitting bid documents): Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. (No. 10 Kangping Road, Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone) designates the bid opening conference room.
6.4 The legal representative or authorized representative shall attend the meeting on time, present the original ID card and sign to indicate attendance; Otherwise, their bid will be rejected.
6.5 Bid documents that are delivered late, not delivered to the designated location, or not sealed according to the requirements of the bidding documents will be rejected by the tenderer.
