2、 Description and Requirements of Procurement Projects

1. The specific purchase quantity and batch shall be executed according to the purchaser's purchase order.

2. All product quality requirements and technical standards: The supplier shall produce plates based on the design draft (including samples) approved by the demander.

3. Procurement period: Two years, during which the supply price cannot be increased.

4. Delivery period: Within 15 natural days from the date of both parties signing and sealing the contract, the goods shall be delivered to the location of Party A.

5. Delivery location: No.10 Kangping Road, Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone

6. Payment method: After the goods arrive and pass the acceptance inspection, the actual delivery quantity shall not exceed ± 5% as agreed in the contract. The payment shall be settled within three months based on the 13% value-added tax special invoice issued by Party B.

3、 Composition and requirements of bidding documents

1. Quotation section

(1) Supply price (including freight and 13 o'clock special invoice tax); (2) Please specify the payment method.

2. Bring a set of the following materials:

(1) Copy of business license, etc. of the enterprise; (2) Copy of Printing Business License;

(3) Original power of attorney from the legal representative and a copy of the authorized person's ID card; (4) Quality Assurance Agreement; (5) Credit China Network Public Information Report

4、 Marking method

The bidding announcement is uploaded to our company's website in electronic form, and each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.

5、 Reference method and requirements

1. The bidding units must send representatives to participate in the bidding, and the authorized person should be the same person as the representative of the bidding units and bring the original ID card; The bid opening time shall not be late, otherwise it shall be deemed as automatic waiver;

2. The bidding announcement is uploaded to our company's website in electronic format. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement and the "Composition of Bidding Documents". The quotation part and information of the documents shall be bound into a book (in duplicate), sealed and stamped, and sent to our company by SF Express before the deadline for bid opening;

3. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline or have incomplete information will be considered invalid and will be rejected.

6、 Precautions

1. The prices and information provided by each unit in the bidding documents should be true and accurate. If the information is incomplete or suspected of forging qualifications, the bidding qualification will be cancelled on the spot. If the judges discover any suspicion of collusion or bid rigging during the process, once confirmed, they will be included in the company's blacklist and permanently disqualified from bidding.

2. After research and discussion by the company's bidding team, we have determined the winning bidder. Our company will send a notification of winning the bid and sign a two-year long-term procurement agreement with the winning bidder.

3. The winning bidder shall produce qualified products in accordance with the company's requirements. Printing layout errors shall not be returned, and the company has the right to dispose of them at its own discretion.
