After the meeting, the company's management team conducted a special study on the opinions and suggestions collected, and formulated a new round of "I do practical things for the people" task list consisting of 47 tasks in 9 aspects such as salary and performance, team building, and optimizing the environment. The responsible departments and leaders were clearly defined and publicly announced for supervision by the general public, ensuring the successful completion of various tasks and effectively serving the people.
