On the afternoon of April 19th, Chunguang Jiuhui held an expanded branch committee meeting to convey the spirit of the special meeting on the implementation of the "Fifteen Hard Measures" for safety production by the Party Committee of the study group, and to study and deploy specific measures for the company to implement. At the meeting, Comrade Cai Xinya conveyed and studied the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on safety production, the requirements of Premier Li Keqiang's instructions, the spirit of the national and provincial safety production teleconference, the spirit of the (expanded) safety production special meeting of the Group Party Committee, and elaborated on the "Fifteen Important Measures of the State Council Safety Committee on Implementing Safety Production" and the "Implementation Opinions of Xingxiang Group on Implementing the Fifteen Important Measures of the State Council Safety Committee on Safety Production".

Cai Xinya emphasized that we must deeply study and understand the important instructions and directives of the central, provincial, provincial state-owned assets supervision and administration commission, and group party committees on safety production, deeply understand the importance of safety production work, and build a solid ideological defense line for safety development. We must not be complacent or take it lightly. Secondly, we must continuously strengthen the main responsibility of enterprises for safety production, improve the level of safety production management, implement the full staff safety production responsibility system, strengthen the investigation and rectification of safety risks and hidden dangers, firmly hold the bottom line of safety production, and resolutely oppose formalism and bureaucracy.
