On February 28, Sun Yuewu, Secretary-General of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula Granules Industry Alliance, Chairman of the China Medical Health Development Promotion (Expert) Committee, member of the Expert Committee of the National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Monitoring and Statistics Center, and Special Lecturer of the Medical Project Department of Tsinghua University, visited the company for an inspection and exchange. Shen Fanshun, Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of the company, Tan Feng, Deputy Party Branch Secretary, Vice Chairman and General Manager, as well as Vice General Managers Kang Yongfeng and Ouyang Xiyeh accompanied the inspection.

Sun Yuewu visited the company exhibition hall, quality testing center, drug research institute, extraction workshop and preparation workshop of the new production line, and learned about the company's development history, technical capability, production conditions and the development status of new Chinese herbal decoction pieces.

At the symposium, Shen Fanshun provided a detailed overview of the company's progress in developing new traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) herbal preparations, its future plans, and the challenges encountered during development. He expressed gratitude to Secretary Sun for addressing the company's concerns and looked forward to strengthening collaboration with the alliance. He also hoped to receive more support and guidance in areas such as standardization research for TCM formula granules, production process optimization, marketing strategies, and talent development.

Sun Yuewu delivered a comprehensive overview of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Formula Granules Industry Alliance, commending the company's strategic focus on the innovative herbal decoction piece sector and its 2023 breakthrough in the 15-province alliance's centralized procurement program. He highlighted Hunan Province's role as a national TCM reform demonstration zone, where the company enjoys unique competitive advantages and vast growth potential. The industry, however, faces significant challenges due to policy shifts and competitive pressures. To thrive, Chun Guang Jiu Hui should develop regionally distinctive products, prioritize high-quality and stable raw material sourcing, and explore customized equipment applications. These measures will systematically address standardization and process optimization challenges.
