3、 Procurement situation description
1. Delivery cycle: Delivery within 7 natural days after signing the contract (specific delivery time depends on usage requirements).
2. Delivery location: No. 10 Kangping Road, Biopharmaceutical Park, Dongyang Town, Liuyang City, Hunan Province, to the designated location (with coordination for cargo handling).
3. Payment method: After the product is accepted as qualified, the liaison personnel will notify and issue a 13% value-added tax special invoice to settle the payment within one month.
4. Require hazardous chemical vehicles to come to Liuyang to deliver goods at least once a week;
4、 Composition and requirements of the bidding document:
1. Quotation section (including transportation, 13% value-added tax special invoice tax);
2. Copy and stamp of the business license of the enterprise;
3. Original power of attorney from the legal representative, copies of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card;
4. Hazardous Chemical Business License, Hazardous Chemical Goods Entrustment Transport Agreement, Third Party Hazardous Chemical Transport License;
5. Quality Assurance Agreement;
6. One set of "Credit China" certificate attachments.

5、 Marking method
The bidding announcement is uploaded to our company's website in electronic form, and each bidding unit shall fill in the price according to the bidding variety catalog according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.
6、 Bid return method and requirements
1. The bidding units must send authorized representatives to participate in the bidding, and the authorized person should be the same person as the representative of the bidding units and carry the original ID card; The bid opening time shall not be late, otherwise it shall be deemed as automatic waiver.
2. The bidding announcement is uploaded to our company's website in electronic format. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement and the "Composition of Bidding Documents". The quotation part and information of the documents shall be bound into a book (in duplicate), sealed and stamped, and sent to our company by SF Express before the deadline for bid opening;
3. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline or have incomplete information will be considered invalid and will be rejected;
7、 Precautions
1. The prices and information provided by each unit in the bidding documents should be true and accurate. If the information is incomplete or suspected of forging qualifications, the bidding qualification will be cancelled on the spot. If the judges discover any suspicion of collusion or bid rigging during the process, once confirmed, they will be included in the company's blacklist and permanently disqualified from bidding.
2. If the bidding team of the company determines the candidate unit as the winning bidder after research and discussion, the company will send a notification of winning the bid within 5 working days and publish it on the internet. During the public notice period, all parties may submit their objections in writing to our company's disciplinary inspection, audit, and risk control department. After the public notice is completed, our company will sign a two-year procurement agreement with the winning bidder, and the winning bidder shall not increase the supply price without authorization within two years.
