The winning bidder of this project, Hunan Xiangtou Power Sales Co., Ltd., quoted a total installed capacity of 2MW. However, after on-site investigation, it was found that only 1.4MW of power generation could be achieved, which is far from the estimated 2MW power generation in the bid; And issue a notification letter on March 13, 2023 regarding the capacity adjustment of the Chunguang Jiuhui distributed photovoltaic project. Due to significant differences in the specific implementation design capacity, it is suggested that this bidding be cancelled.
