Project scope: General contracting for investment, installation, commissioning, acceptance, training, and quality assurance services of distributed photovoltaic power generation systems
Construction scale: The roof area is approximately 12000 square meters
Contribution ratio: 100% of the bidding unit
Investment duration requirement: after the contract is signed

3、 Requirements for bidding documents:
① Copy of Business License (stamped)
② Authorization letter from legal representative, ID card (copy) stamped
③ Provide and stamp the following documents: (investment scale, investment calculation, analysis of operating income calculation, project cooperation mode plan, total installed capacity of photovoltaic power, energy saving and consumption reduction analysis table, power generation forecast analysis table, annual average power generation analysis table, operation period, deduction of photovoltaic power unit price, and proportion of carbon emission rights granted to the owner).
4、 Credit requirements
(1) The bidder is not in a state of revocation of business license, order to close down or revocation, or in a state of being ordered to suspend business, property taken over, frozen, bankrupt, etc.
5、 Performance experience requirements
(1) The bidder shall have 5 years or more of experience in investment and operation management of photovoltaic projects, and have invested in the construction and operation of approximately 1.4MW distributed rooftop photovoltaic power generation projects nationwide (5 project contract attachments)
(2) Bidders must be the project investment entity or the holding company of the investment entity for project investment and construction, as well as the entire operation cycle of the project. They cannot subcontract to third parties and must provide relevant qualification certification documents.
6、 Quality requirements
(1) Strictly follow industry standards, the lifespan of the entire system and components shall not be less than 25 years, and the attenuation rate shall not exceed 20% by the 25th year;
(2) Ensure the electricity efficiency and continuous stability of enterprises in the park, with fast and efficient operation and maintenance, and no major electricity accidents

8、 Submission of bidding documents:
(1) The deadline for submission of bidding documents and the bid opening time are 9:30 am on May 30, 2023, at Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. (Liuyang Biomedical Park)
(2) Bids that are delivered late, not delivered to the designated location, or not sealed and marked as required will not be accepted by the tenderer.
