This bidding project is funded by self raised funds from the enterprise, with a project contribution ratio of 100%. The bidder is Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. 2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope
2.1 Project Name: Addition of Rotary Dehumidification Equipment in Functional Rooms and Room Renovation
2.2 Construction Site: Liuyang Production Base
2.3 Contracting Method: General Contracting (including Construction)
2.4 Construction period requirement: 30 calendar days after the contract is signed, and the specific construction time will be notified by the tenderer
On the day of bid opening and the execution of related engineering warranty commitments.
2.7 Project Scale and Bidding Scope:
1. Complete machine length * width * height mm: ≤ 2800 * 1000 * 1100 combined rotary dehumidifier set
2. Whole machine length * width * height mm: ≤ 2800 * 1000 * 1200 combined rotary dehumidifier unit, three sets
2.7 Engineering Technical Requirements:

2.8 Payment Method: 90% of the total contract amount shall be paid within 10 working days after the contract is signed, installation and commissioning are completed, and acceptance is qualified. Leave 10% of the total contract amount as a quality guarantee deposit. The warranty period is two years, with no quality issues during each year. A 5% warranty deposit will be paid within 10 working days, without interest.
3. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
3.1 Having independent legal personality and obtaining a business license in accordance with the law.
3.2 Possess a power of attorney from the legal representative, a copy of the ID card, etc.
3.3 This bidding does not accept consortium bidding.
3.4 It is required to measure the dimensions on site. The bidding unit should contact the owner's representative before registration, and we will organize the participating parties to conduct a unified on-site survey. (Mr. Li's phone number: 15873338803)
3.5 The participating enterprises shall respond to the technical parameters specified by us, and the bidding documents shall specify the brand, technical parameters, and maintenance and after-sales service content of the rotary dehumidifier.
3.6 If there are similar peer cases, please provide them as a preferred option for consideration.
4. Evaluation method: The evaluation method for this project adopts competitive negotiation.
5. Submission of bidding documents:

5.2 Bid documents that are delivered late or not delivered to the designated location, or that are not sealed and marked as required, will not be accepted by the tenderer.
