2.3 Project Overview: This project is a simple renovation of the reserved area on the fourth floor of the formula granule preparation workshop for use in the packaging material warehouse. The building area on the fourth floor is 2795 square meters, and after subtracting the staircase area of 115 square meters, the usable area is approximately 2680 square meters; The existing rough ground is cleared of cement and cleaned of dust, and leveled with a 5-centimeter thick layer of concrete; Scrape the epoxy thin coating floor paint again, ensuring that the floor does not produce dust or sand, and the floor paint does not crack when used with manual forklifts; Brush a 20cm black skirting line from the ground to the walls around the walls and the middle pier column; Install 380V wires and sockets, install 11 idle air conditioning cabinets, and renovate all work contents such as wires and air switches.
2.4 Construction period: Complete the project before May 10, 2024, and pass the acceptance organized by the purchaser.

2.7 Engineering Warranty: According to the provisions of the Ministry of Construction's [2000] Order No. 80, the contractor shall bear its responsibilities and obligations regarding the warranty content and period. The warranty amount is 5% of the total contract price, and will be paid in one lump sum after the warranty period (1 year) expires.
2.8 Payment Method: According to project requirements and quotation details, a 9% value-added tax special invoice shall be issued before each payment. After signing the contract, 30% of the contract amount shall be prepaid. After the project is completed and accepted, the full invoice of the project shall be collected and paid to 95% of the settlement amount. The remaining 5% of the contract amount shall be used as a quality guarantee deposit. After passing the acceptance inspection for one year without any quality problems, the remaining balance shall be paid in full without interest upon receipt of the construction party's paper payment application.

5. Qualification requirements

5.3. The legal person shall submit the original identity certificate of the legal representative or the original power of attorney of the legal representative, and provide the social security certificate of the authorized person in the bidding unit for the past three months, accompanied by the original identity certificate of the legal representative. The natural person shall submit a copy of their ID card;
6. Requirements for bidding documents:
