1、 Project Overview
1. Project Name: Sludge Disposal of Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd
2. Project requirements: In accordance with relevant national laws, regulations, technical requirements, and standard specifications, our company's sludge shall be disposed of harmlessly to meet the requirements of national environmental protection laws and regulations
3. Project content: The estimated monthly weight of sludge is about 20 tons, and the processing capacity is calculated based on the actual weighing manifest or annual lump sum calculation.
4. Pollutant Discharge Permit Information: The sludge treated by our company belongs to general industrial solid waste, with the code SW07 classified as Class I industrial solid waste. Its physical properties are semi-solid and it is entrusted for disposal.
2、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders
1. The company has a good financial condition and has independently completed similar bidding projects in the past three years, without any quality or safety accidents or administrative penalties caused by management reasons.
2. An independent legal entity with a valid solid waste recycling and disposal business license recognized by the Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, including the sludge disposal qualification for the SW07 category of this project code.
3. There are no significant litigation cases involving defendants, respondents, or executors that may affect the performance of the bidding project contract.
4. This bidding does not accept consortium bidding, and experienced bidders are preferred.
3、 Bidding method
1. Adopt open bidding and competitive negotiation to determine the construction unit. The qualification review method for this project is the qualification review after the bid opening.
4、 Composition of bidding documents
1. Quotation section (quoted separately according to project content, project content: general contractor).
2. The bidding unit provides credit information from China Credit Information Network and promises related to future services.
3. Relevant information and materials of the bidding unit on China Credit Network (screenshot).
3. The bidding unit shall provide relevant entrusted disposal cases (no less than 1).
4. One set of copies with official seal affixed to the documents (to be retained): Enterprise Business License; Original power of attorney from the legal representative, ID card of the legal representative, and photocopy of the authorized person's ID card.
5、 Submission of Bid Documents
1. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding
2. The bidding party shall bind the quotation part and information of the bidding documents into a booklet and seal it
3. A set of photocopies with official seals (to be retained): original business license of the enterprise, authorization letter of the legal representative, ID card of the legal representative, and ID card copies of the authorized person. After stamping and sealing, please send it to our company by express delivery
4. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline and have incomplete information are considered invalid
On the day of the bid opening, the bidding party must send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver (if unable to come to the site due to uncontrollable factors, providing relevant evidence will not be considered as a waiver)
