1、 Project Overview
1. Project Name: Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. Design Facility Safety Diagnosis
2. Project requirements: In accordance with current national laws, regulations, technical requirements, and normative standards, our company's design facility safety diagnosis project shall meet the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations
3. Project content:
① Conduct safety diagnosis and design of equipment and facilities in the company's old factory area and production workshops;
② Modify the overall plan of the factory area;
③ Connect the combustible gas alarm signal of the fire protection facilities in the hazardous chemical warehouse to the fire control room of the security room.
2、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders
1. The company has a good financial condition and has independently completed similar bidding projects in the past three years, without any quality or safety accidents or administrative penalties caused by management reasons.
2. Independent legal entity with engineering design qualification certificate and safety evaluation institution qualification.
3. There are no significant litigation cases involving defendants, respondents, or executors that may affect the performance of the bidding project contract.
4. This bidding does not accept consortium bidding, and experienced bidders are preferred.
3、 Bidding method
1. Adopt open bidding and competitive negotiation to determine the commissioning unit. The qualification review method for this project is the qualification review after the bid opening.
4、 Composition of bidding documents

4. 5、 Submission of Bid Documents
1. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding
2. The bidding party shall bind the quotation part and information of the bidding documents into a booklet and seal it
3. A set of photocopies with official seals (to be retained): original business license of the enterprise, power of attorney from the legal representative, copies of the ID cards of the legal representative and authorized person, engineering design qualification certificate, and safety evaluation institution qualification; After stamping and sealing, please send it to our company by express delivery.
4. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline and have incomplete information are considered invalid
On the day of the bid opening, the bidding party must send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver (if unable to come to the site due to uncontrollable factors, providing relevant evidence will not be considered as a waiver)

8、 Payment method
Issue a 9% value-added tax special invoice, prepay 30% of the contract amount after signing the contract, and issue a full 9% value-added tax special invoice to pay 60% of the contract amount after the project is completed and accepted. The remaining 10% of the contract amount will be used as a warranty deposit. After passing the acceptance for one year without any problems, the remaining balance will be paid in full without interest upon receipt of the construction party's paper payment application. If Party B fails to issue invoices on time or issues invoices that do not meet Party A's requirements, Party A has the right to postpone payment accordingly and shall not bear any breach of contract liability as a result.
