According to the relevant regulations of Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. on procurement management, our company adopts an open bidding method for 304 stainless steel products, and welcomes qualified suppliers to participate in bidding.
1、 Procurement project information

2、 Description of Proposed Procurement of 304 Stainless Steel Products
1. Please check the detailed parameters at the end of the article. If you cannot meet the technical parameter requirements, please do not bid.
2. The warranty period is 1 year, ensuring that there will be no rusting within 5 years.
3. During the warranty period, if a malfunction occurs, the bidder is required to arrange technical personnel to arrive at the site within 48 hours after receiving the report to troubleshoot.
4. Product quality standards: The tendered products shall be manufactured according to the requirements of the purchaser, and the products shall be welded firmly, tightly, uniformly and completely. Their quality shall be in accordance with national standards (if there are no national standards, industry standards shall be followed).
5. Payment method:
5.1 Advance payment: 30% of the total contract amount shall be paid within 10 working days after the contract is signed.
5.2 After the installation and commissioning of the goods are completed and the acceptance is qualified, 60% of the total contract amount shall be paid within 10 working days upon presentation of the full 13% value-added tax special invoice.
5.4. 10% of the total contract amount shall be used as a quality guarantee deposit. The warranty period is one year. After the warranty period expires, if there are no quality problems, the remaining balance will be paid within 10 working days without interest.
6. Delivery Time
Delivery shall be completed within 20 days after the contract is signed.
3、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders
1. Having independent legal personality, possessing a business license and tax registration certificate.
2. Capable of fully fulfilling the contract.
3. In the past three years, priority has been given to independently completing bidding projects with similar performance, and there have been no quality or safety accidents or administrative penalties caused by management reasons.
4. Lawsuits without significant defendants, respondents, or executors may affect the performance of the bidding project contract.
5. Comply with other requirements set forth in national laws, regulations, and bidding documents.
6. This bidding does not accept consortium bidding.
4、 Composition of bidding documents
1. Quotation section (including detailed configuration list, transportation, taxes, after-sales service, payment methods, only unit price needs to be quoted when quoting).
2. Bring a set of copies (to be retained) of the following documents stamped with the official seal: copies of the business license and tax registration certificate of the enterprise; Original power of attorney from the legal representative, copies of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card; After sales service commitment.
5、 Binding and submission of bidding documents
1. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.
2. The bidding party shall bind and seal the quotation and information of the bidding documents in a booklet.
3. After being stamped and sealed, it will be delivered to our company by express delivery or carried to our company on the day of bid opening before the bid opening.
4. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline and have incomplete information are considered invalid.
5. On the day of bid opening, bidders must send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver. (If unable to come to the venue due to uncontrollable factors, it does not count as waiver)
