3、 Composition and requirements of the bidding document:
1. Quotation section (including transportation and taxes).
2. Bring a set of the following materials:
(1). Copy of the duplicate of the business license of the enterprise;
(2). Original power of attorney from the legal representative, copies of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card.
4、 Marking method
The bidding announcement is uploaded to our company's website in electronic form, and each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.
5、 Bid return method and requirements
1. Please prepare one copy of the bidding document according to the requirements of the "Composition of Bidding Documents", seal it with a seal, and send it to our company by express delivery or dispatch personnel; Bid documents delivered after the deadline will be rejected;
2. Bidding documents that are not submitted in accordance with the composition and requirements of the bidding documents shall be deemed invalid;
6、 Precautions
Each unit shall prepare a quotation list with official seal in the bidding documents, and the prices shall be true and accurate. Once confirmed as the winning candidate, our company will sign a two-year procurement agreement with the winning bidder, during which the winning bidder shall not increase the supply price.
