2、 Procurement project information
This maintenance service involves all equipment listed in the service object list, including scales, instruments, and meters. Bidders should have a detailed understanding of the relevant equipment's scales, instruments, and meters, and can conduct on-site inspections and supplement any missing items. Otherwise, once awarded the bid, it will be considered that the bidder agrees with the missing parts and provides free services. The classification list of scales, instruments, and meters on the production line is attached.

Procurement Project Name: Instrument Calibration and Calibration Service Project
Main job responsibilities of procurement: Instrument calibration and verification services
(1) Responsible for equipment calibration and verification;
(2) Provide reports or certificates;
(3) Bidders may determine their own on-site or external calibration/verification methods, and must ensure proper equipment handover, storage, transportation, and return during external delivery.
(4) All other necessary work to complete this project is included in the scope of the bidding project.
Service period: One year from the date of contract signing
2、 Procurement Instructions for Proposed Metrology Calibration Services
1. The detailed number of scales and instruments can be found in the attachment;
2. Calibration and verification service period of 1 year;
3. Payment Method: After the contract is signed, Party B shall complete the verification and calibration services and issue a verification and calibration certificate/report. Upon acceptance by Party A and receipt of the value-added tax special invoice issued by Party B (settlement tax rate subject to national policy changes), Party A shall pay 90% of the technical service fee and 10% of the deposit as a quality guarantee to Party B through bank transfer within 30 working days based on the actual calibration amount confirmed by both parties. The payment shall be made in full after 6 months from the date of acceptance.
3、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders
1. Having independent legal personality and providing a valid business license (scanned or photocopy with official seal);
2. Provide proof of identity of the legal representative and a copy of their ID card (if not the legal representative directly participating in the bidding, provide the original power of attorney of the legal representative and a copy of their ID card, as well as a copy of the ID card of the authorized agent stamped with the official seal)
3. The bidder shall have the qualifications of CMA (Certificate of Accreditation for Inspection and Testing Institutions) and CNAS (Certificate of Accreditation for Laboratories).
3. In the past three years, priority has been given to independently completing bidding projects with similar performance, and there have been no quality or safety accidents or administrative penalties caused by management reasons.
4. Lawsuits without significant defendants, respondents, or executors may affect the performance of the bidding project contract.
5. Comply with other requirements set forth in national laws, regulations, and bidding documents.
6. This project does not accept consortium participation in bidding.
4、 Composition of bidding documents
1. Quotation section (all expenses for technical services, debugging, testing, taxes, etc.).
2. Bring a set of copies (to be retained) of the following documents stamped with the official seal: copies of the business license and tax registration certificate of the enterprise; Original power of attorney from the legal representative, copies of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card; (CNAS) and CMA qualification copies, after-sales service commitment.
5、 Binding and submission of bidding documents
1. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding.
2. The bidding party shall bind and seal the quotation and information of the bidding documents in a booklet.
3. After being stamped and sealed, it will be delivered to our company by express delivery or carried to our company on the day of bid opening before the bid opening.
4. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline and have incomplete information are considered invalid.
5. On the day of the bid opening, the bidding party must send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver (if unable to come to the site due to uncontrollable factors, it will not be considered as a waiver).
