(2) Medicinal low-density polyethylene cylinder film: diameter 229mm, width 360mm, circumference 719mm, thickness 10 strands; The purchase quantity for a single batch is 200 kilograms, and the estimated annual usage is 500 kilograms;

(3) Woven bag of traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces: length 1.25 x width 0.75 meters; Double sealed bottom, top sealed, outer bag 130g ± 5g, polyethylene plastic inner film bag, 79 * 125 * 3 silk (double-sided), brand new material. Food grade: The printing content of the woven bag shall be executed according to the design draft of the demander (single-sided printing), with a single batch purchase quantity of about 20000 pieces and an estimated annual consumption of 50000 pieces;

2. Procurement period: Two years, during which the supply price cannot be increased

3. Delivery cycle: Within 7 working days from the date of both parties' contract seal and signature confirmation.

4. Delivery location: No. 10 Kangping Road, Biomedical Park, Dongyang Town, Liuyang City, Hunan Province.

5. Payment method: After the goods arrive and pass the acceptance inspection, the payment shall be settled within one month based on the actual delivery quantity, with a 13% value-added tax special invoice issued by Party B. The actual delivery quantity shall not exceed ± 5% as agreed in the contract.

4、 Marking method

5、 Bid return method and requirements

1. Each bidding unit shall prepare a bid document in accordance with the requirements of the "Composition of Bid Documents". The bidding party shall bind the quotation part and information of the bid document into a book, seal it with a seal, and send it to our company by express delivery or dispatch personnel;

2. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline or have incomplete information will be considered invalid and will be rejected;

6、 Precautions

The prices and information provided by each unit in the bidding documents should be true and accurate.
