According to the relevant provisions of the "Management Measures for Tendering and Bidding", our company adopts an open bidding method for the procurement project of double row back sealing packaging machines, and welcomes qualified suppliers to participate in the bidding.

1、 Procurement project information

2、 Description of equipment to be purchased

1. Please refer to the document for detailed equipment parameters. If the technical specifications cannot be met, please do not bid.

2. The equipment has a one-year warranty period, and within 3 years after the warranty period, only accessory fees will be charged. (From the date of acceptance).

3. During the warranty period, after a malfunction occurs, the supplier is required to respond by phone within 30 minutes of receiving the report and arrange for technical personnel to arrive at the site within 36 hours to troubleshoot.

4. Payment terms: 30% advance payment will be made after the contract is signed. Within 30 days after the goods are delivered, installed, debugged and accepted, 60% will be paid with a full 13% value-added tax special invoice within one month. 10% of the deposit will be used as a quality guarantee deposit. The full payment will be made in full after 12 months from the date of acceptance of the goods at the buyer's factory.

3、 Qualification Requirements for Bidders

1. Having independent legal personality, possessing the qualification level and registered capital required for the bidding project.

2. Capable of fully fulfilling the contract.

3. In the past three years, we have independently completed similar bidding projects without any quality or safety accidents caused by management reasons or administrative penalties.

4. Lawsuits without significant defendants, respondents, or executors may affect the performance of the bidding project contract.

5. Comply with other requirements set forth in national laws, regulations, and bidding documents.

4、 Composition of bidding documents

1. Quotation section (including detailed equipment configuration list and unit prices of all accessories, transportation, taxes, after-sales service, and payment methods).

2. Bring a set of copies (to be retained) of the following documents stamped with the official seal:; Original company qualifications, legal representative authorization letter, copies of the legal representative's ID card and authorized person's ID card; After sales service commitment, credit information from China Credit Information Network, spare parts information (including a list of consumable and vulnerable spare parts required for the equipment and supplier contact information).

5、 Binding and submission of bidding documents

1. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement for bidding;

2. The bidding party shall bind the quotation part and information of the bidding documents into a book and seal it;

3. After stamping and sealing, express delivery or delivery to our company;

4. Bidding documents with incomplete information beyond the deadline shall be deemed invalid;

5. On the day of bid opening, bidders need to send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening;

6、 Bid evaluation and determination method:

1. The evaluation method for this project adopts "competitive negotiation".

2. Method for determining the winning bidder: Based on the responsiveness of the bidding documents provided by the bidding unit and the comprehensive qualifications and case of the bidding unit, the members of the evaluation team will negotiate on-site and obtain the results to select a bidding unit as the winning bidder.

3. The qualification review method for this project is on-site qualification review.

7、 Composition of the Bid Evaluation Committee

The number of members in the evaluation committee shall be no less than 5, specifically composed of members of the company's bidding team.
