2、 Description and Requirements of Procurement Projects

1. Specific situation of procurement content

2. The specific purchase quantity and batch shall be executed according to the purchaser's purchase order.

3. All product dimensions are inner diameter dimensions, and the supplier unit needs to use well-known domestic brands for cardboard materials.

4. Procurement period: Two years, during which the supply price cannot be increased.

5. Delivery period: Within 18 days from the date of both parties signing and sealing the contract, the goods will be delivered to the location of the buyer.

6. Delivery location: No. 10 Kangping Road, Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone

7. Payment method: After the goods arrive and pass the acceptance inspection, the actual delivery quantity shall not exceed ± 5% as agreed in the contract. The payment shall be settled within three months based on the 13% value-added tax special invoice issued by Party B.

3、 Composition and requirements of bidding documents

4、 Bid return method and requirements

1. The bidding units must send representatives to participate in the bidding, and the authorized person should be the same as the representative of the bidding units; The bid opening time shall not be late, otherwise it shall be deemed as automatic waiver.

2. The bidding announcement is uploaded to our company's website in electronic format. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement and the "Composition of Bidding Documents". The quotation part and information of the documents shall be bound into a book and sealed with a seal, and shall be brought to our company before the deadline for bid opening;

3. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline and have incomplete information will be considered invalid and will be rejected;

5、 Precautions

1. The prices and information provided by each unit in the bidding documents should be true and accurate. If the information is incomplete or suspected of forging qualifications, the bidding qualification will be cancelled on the spot. If the judges discover any suspicion of collusion or bid rigging during the process, once confirmed, they will be included in the company's blacklist and permanently disqualified from bidding.

2. After research and discussion by the company's bidding team, we have determined the winning bidder. Our company will send a notification of winning the bid and sign a two-year long-term procurement agreement with the winning bidder.

3. The winning bidder should be aware of our company's method of measuring the inner diameter of cardboard boxes and produce qualified cardboard boxes in accordance with our company's quality standards. Printing layout errors cannot be returned, and the company has the right to destroy and dispose of them on its own.
