1、 Procurement project information

2、 Procurement Project Description

1. Specific situation of procurement content (yuan/kg)

(1) Heat sealing film

Material: Heat sealing film OPP Thickness: 3C single-layer

(2) OPP composite film

Material: OPP+PE or PET+PE Thickness: 5C double-layer

2. The size, material, and process of the heat sealing film and OPP composite film are provided according to our company's requirements.

3. Delivery cycle: Within 20 natural days after both parties have signed and stamped the contract, the goods shall be delivered to the location of the purchaser. The specific purchase quantity and batch shall be executed according to the purchaser's purchase order.

4. Delivery location: No. 10 Kangping Road, Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone.

5. Payment method: After the product is accepted as qualified, a 13% value-added tax special invoice will be issued to settle the payment within 3 months.

6. Procurement period: Two years, during which the supply price cannot be increased.

7. Payment method: After the goods arrive and pass the acceptance inspection, the actual delivery quantity shall not exceed ± 5% as agreed in the contract. The payment shall be settled within three months based on the 13% value-added tax special invoice issued by Party B.

3、 Composition and requirements of the bidding document:

1. Quotation section

(1) Supply price (including shipping and taxes); (2) Please specify the payment method.

2. Bring a set of the following materials:

(1) Copy of the business license of the enterprise (duplicate);

(2) Original power of attorney from the legal representative, copies of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card;

(3) National Industrial Product Production License (Food Grade)

(4) Quality Assurance Agreement;

(5) One set of "Credit China" certificate attachments;

4、 Reference method and requirements

1. The bidding units must send representatives to participate in the bidding, and the authorized person should be the same person as the representative of the bidding units and bring the original ID card; The bid opening time shall not be late, otherwise it shall be deemed as automatic waiver.

2. The bidding announcement is uploaded to our company's website in electronic format. Each bidding unit shall prepare their own bidding documents according to the requirements of the announcement and the "Composition of Bidding Documents". The quotation part and information of the documents shall be bound into a book (in duplicate), sealed and stamped, and sent to our company by SF Express before the deadline for bid opening;

3. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline or have incomplete information will be considered invalid and will be rejected;

5、 Precautions

1. The prices and information provided by each unit in the bidding documents should be true and accurate. If the information is incomplete or suspected of forging qualifications, the bidding qualification will be cancelled on the spot. If the judges discover any suspicion of collusion or bid rigging during the process, once confirmed, they will be included in the company's blacklist and permanently disqualified from bidding.

2. After research and discussion by the company's bidding team, if a candidate unit is determined to be the winning bidder, they need to provide sampling samples within 5 working days. If the samples are qualified, our company will sign a two-year procurement agreement with the winning bidder. Within two years, we are not allowed to increase the supply price without authorization.
