Bidders are requested to submit their bidding documents in accordance with the provisions of this bidding document.

II. Qualification Requirements for Bidders
1. The enterprise has a good financial status, has independently completed similar bidding projects in the past three years, and has not experienced any quality or safety accidents or been subject to administrative penalties due to management reasons.
2. An independent legal entity, and has obtained a business license in accordance with the law (with equipment or pipeline installation scope related to food and pharmaceutical enterprises).
3. There are no major litigation cases in which the defendant, respondent, or person subject to enforcement may affect the performance of the bidding project contract.
III. Bidding method
1. The construction unit will be determined through open bidding and competitive negotiation.
2. The qualification review method for this project is conducted after the bid opening.
IV. Composition of the bidding documents
1. Quotation section (quoted separately according to project content, project content: lump sum contracting);
2. A set of photocopies of documents with official seal (to be retained): business license, original copy of the legal representative's power of attorney, photocopies of the legal representative's ID card and the authorized person's ID card, and public information report from the Credit China website.
V. Submission of bidding documents
1. Each bidding unit shall prepare its own bid document for bidding according to the requirements of the announcement;
2. The bidder shall bind and seal the quotation part and materials of the bidding documents into a volume;
3. The bidding documents must be sealed and stamped before being couriered to our company prior to the bid opening, or alternatively, the bidding personnel can personally submit the sealed and stamped bidding documents to our company half an hour before the bid submission deadline.
4. Bidding documents that exceed the deadline or contain incomplete information shall be deemed invalid;
5. On the day of bid opening, bidders must send representatives to the site to participate in the bid opening; otherwise, they will be considered as abstaining (in case of unforeseen circumstances preventing them from attending, providing relevant evidence will not be considered as abstention);

VIII. Payment method
A 9% VAT invoice will be issued. After signing the contract, 30% of the contract amount will be prepaid. Upon project completion and acceptance by Party A, a full VAT invoice will be issued for the payment of 60% of the contract amount. The remaining 10% of the contract amount will be retained as a quality assurance deposit. One year after acceptance and upon receipt of the construction party's paper payment application, the remaining balance will be paid in full without interest. If Party B delays issuing the invoice or the invoice does not meet Party A's requirements, Party A has the right to postpone the payment accordingly and will not bear any liability for breach of contract.
