The second agenda item of the meeting was to discuss the confirmation of Comrade Xiao Jianbo's probationary membership. Through a secret ballot, all attendees unanimously approved his admission as a full member of the Communist Party of China. Comrade Xiao Jianbo pledged to always uphold his Party identity, maintain strict self-discipline, and step forward courageously in critical moments. The confirmation of probationary membership not only marks the conclusion of the one-year probation period but also reflects the achievements of the Party organization's cultivation and education.

Understanding the spirit of the plenary session and gathering strength for progress

To thoroughly study, publicize, and implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee, and to guide all Party members and cadres in the company to accurately grasp the essence and rich connotations of the plenary session, promoting its spirit to be internalized and effectively implemented, Party branch secretary and chairman Shen Fanshun delivered a speech titled "Grasping the Spirit of the Plenary Session and Rallying the Strength for Progress" to promote the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. The speech closely linked to the company's actual situation, providing a comprehensive and systematic interpretation of the plenary session's spirit from three aspects: deepening understanding, conducting learning and publicity, and focusing on reform priorities. After the meeting, all Party members and cadres visited the Changsha History Museum for a themed Party Day activity titled "Tracing Red Footprints and Embracing the Original Aspiration and Mission." Through touring the historical exhibition hall and viewing precious historical documents and archival footage, they revisited the passionate and heroic revolutionary history. The visit and study allowed all Party members and cadres to once again appreciate the arduous journey of the Communist Party of China, which has overcome numerous challenges and built a foundation from scratch, further deepening their understanding of the Party's original aspiration and mission.
