Recently, the company has successfully passed the comprehensive audit and high-standard evaluation by Bona Certification Co., Ltd., earning the "Level 1 Certificate for Innovation and Intellectual Property Management Capability under ISO 56005." This achievement positions it among the first pharmaceutical enterprises in Hunan Province to obtain this tiered certification, marking a significant leap forward in the company's innovation and intellectual property management capabilities.

The ISO 56005 "Innovation Management-Intellectual Property Management Guide" international standard, initiated and promoted by China, is the world's first international standard dedicated to innovation and intellectual property management, officially established, formulated, and released by ISO. This standard focuses on maximizing innovation value as its core objective, deeply integrating innovation management with intellectual property management, and fully embedding intellectual property management activities into innovation processes. It aims to enhance enterprises' innovation management capabilities and intellectual property creation levels. The company actively implements the ISO 56005 standard, not only strongly responding to the national "Belt and Road" initiative but also significantly accelerating the alignment of intellectual property strategies with international advanced standards, laying a solid foundation for the global expansion of business and the implementation of the internationalization strategy for traditional Chinese medicine.

In May 2024, the company officially launched a tiered evaluation system for innovation and intellectual property management capabilities. By leveraging assessments to drive improvements and reforms, it implemented the ISO 56005 international standard internally, establishing and piloting an innovation and intellectual property management framework. The initiative successfully passed the formal evaluation in December. As one of the first pharmaceutical enterprises in Hunan Province to obtain certification for its enterprise intellectual property management system in 2024, the company has consistently maintained strict compliance with the system requirements in its intellectual property management practices.
