From April 24 to 26, the 13th International Cistanche and Desert Chinese Medicinal Materials Symposium was held in Turpan, Xinjiang. The conference was jointly organized by the China Traditional Chinese Medicine Association and the Turpan Municipal Government, with over 300 academicians, experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs from home and abroad attending. The meeting summarized the recent progress and achievements in cistanche research, and jointly explored strategies for the high-quality and innovative development of the cistanche industry in the future.

Shen Fanshun, Chairman of the company, attended the meeting as invited guest. He engaged in extensive discussions with experts and business representatives on topics including Cistanche cultivation, processing, and development of health-related products.

During the visit, Shen Fanshun inspected the Cistanche deserticola cultivation base, processing facilities, and supply workshop of Xinjiang Songchun Uyghur Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. He also held a symposium with Chen Cheng, Deputy Secretary of Gaochang District Committee and Team Leader of Xiangtan Aid Team under Hunan's Xinjiang Support Front Command, to discuss potential cooperation.

Shen Fanshun stated that participating in this conference would help the company expand its network, broaden its horizons, and create more development opportunities in the health industry. As a Hunan-provided aid city to Xinjiang, Turpan has seen Chun Guang Jiu Hui, a state-owned enterprise, collaborate closely with local leading enterprises. Their joint efforts include establishing a GAP-certified Cistanche base, developing regional storage facilities, conducting in-depth research on health products, and promoting Xinjiang's medicinal herbs in mainland markets, all contributing to Turpan's economic growth.
