On December 31st, the company held its 2022 corporate retreat at the Xiaoxiang Huatian Hotel in Changsha, deeply implementing the new development concept, planning and laying out the "14th Five Year Plan", and striving for high-quality development of the company. The meeting discussed the "14th Five Year Plan (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)" of the company (hereinafter referred to as the plan). Cai Xinya, Vice General Manager of the Group Company, Branch Secretary, and Chairman of the Board, presided over the meeting, and Shen Fanshun, Deputy Secretary of the Branch and General Manager, gave a concentrated presentation on the plan.

The meeting discussed the internal and external environment, goal planning, guiding ideology, corporate culture and party building, and specific measures of the company during the 14th Five Year Plan period. The plan points out that the company should always closely focus on the development strategy of the big health industry, with the goal of realizing asset securitization, and the core concept of "making good medicine for the people, seeking development for enterprises, and creating value for shareholders". It aims to promote the creation and continuous improvement of "product competitiveness, marketing and service capabilities, risk prevention and control capabilities, operational support capabilities, team combat capabilities, and party building leadership capabilities", provide more innovative, safe, and effective products and higher quality services for the health of the people, and contribute the wisdom and strength of Chunguang Jiuhui to a healthy China.

 

Retreat is to be more pragmatic. The meeting adhered to a problem oriented, goal oriented, and result oriented approach. Participants were divided into groups to carefully study and plan the goals of the 14th Five Year Plan, and put forward specific work ideas and measures on how to improve and implement the plan. Liu Yantong, the deputy general manager of the company, reported the group discussion opinions and suggestions.

At the meeting, Chairman Cai Xinya gave a concluding speech, pointing out the direction for accelerating the high-quality development of the company. Firstly, we conveyed and studied the important speech delivered by Chairman Yang Guoping at the group retreat, learned about the eight basic conditions that listed companies should possess, and the spirit of Huawei's Ren Zhengfei's speech on corporate crisis awareness. We require the attendees to study and implement these speeches and spirits seriously, and effectively transform them into a powerful driving force for the company to accelerate high-quality development; Secondly, reviewing the work since the beginning of this year, acknowledging achievements, and facing challenges head-on; Once again, regarding what to do during the 14th Five Year Plan period, he proposed the overall idea of "focusing on one industry, targeting one goal, and achieving high-quality development", which is to closely focus on the traditional Chinese medicine health industry, aim to promote the company's listing, seize opportunities in the province with abundant traditional Chinese medicine resources to build a strong province in traditional Chinese medicine, create a leading modern traditional Chinese medicine enterprise in China, and achieve high-quality development of traditional Chinese medicine in Hunan.

Regarding how to achieve the "14th Five Year Plan" goals, Chairman Cai Xinya has put forward four work requirements. Firstly, we must firmly adhere to the goals and maintain confidence. Once the goals of the 14th Five Year Plan are approved, they cannot be changed, only the implementation path and measures can be changed; To firmly establish goals, refine measures, and promote the implementation of plans with high standards and quality; We need to break down the goals into annual goals, each subsidiary, and each department, and form a joint effort to achieve them. The second is to adapt to changes and strive for progress while adapting. Under the new policies and market environment, companies need to seize opportunities, turn crises into opportunities, actively innovate, adapt to changes, and strive for progress through change. The third is to highlight the key points and do a good job in the work. We need to accelerate the development of new production lines, national and provincial standards for formula granules, as well as the research and development of new products such as traditional Chinese medicine health products and classic formulas, the establishment of the Chinese herbal medicine resource sector, and drug research institutes; We need to focus on internal management and product quality, deepen the reform of the three systems, quickly turn around the losses of our subsidiaries, and promote the merger and acquisition of Kangerjia and the custody of Jianlang Pharmaceutical. The fourth is to coordinate development and security. Security is the prerequisite for development, and development provides guarantees for security. We must continuously improve risk management, quality system, and internal control construction, establish a strong wind control concept, focus on various key risk prevention and control, conduct comprehensive analysis, accurately identify, and constantly tighten the string of safety production. We must always adhere to the people-centered development concept, and provide more solid security guarantees for the healthy development of the company during the 14th Five Year Plan period.

 

 


During the conference break, attendees visited and studied the red party history education at the Changsha Party History Museum in Qingshuitang.

Middle level and deputy level management personnel of the company, as well as main responsible persons of subsidiaries, attended the meeting. Everyone expressed that pragmatism is the starting point and destination of the virtual economy. We will liberate our minds with a "virtual" perspective, work hard with a "pragmatic" style, and start from a new starting point. We will prepare ourselves and contribute our strength to the realization of asset securitization during the "14th Five Year Plan" period of the Spring Festival and Nine Rivers.
