In order to strengthen the construction of the cadre team, improve the performance ability of middle-level management cadres, comprehensively review and summarize the work achievements of 2021, and plan the work ideas for the next year, the company held a 2021 performance evaluation meeting for middle-level management cadres at the Lugu headquarters on January 13, 2022. Shen Fanshun, Deputy Secretary of the Company's Party Branch and General Manager, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.

Shen Fanshun pointed out that 2021 is a year that the company can go down in history. Faced with the major challenges of national policy adjustments, the company has worked together, worked hard, overcome difficulties, and successfully completed various tasks and goals.

Shen Fanshun emphasized that the company will face greater competition and challenges in the future. The essence of enterprise competition is talent competition, and the key to enterprise development depends on people. Middle management cadres, as a key minority, should play an active and powerful role in promoting the high-quality development of the company and achieving asset securitization during the 14th Five Year Plan period.

At the meeting, 24 middle-level management cadres of the company conducted annual job reports one by one, focusing on the five aspects of "morality, ability, diligence, performance, and integrity", carefully summarizing the achievements and shortcomings of the work in 2021, and planning the next stage of work ideas. Company leaders, middle-level management cadres, and representatives of grassroots employees will conduct democratic evaluations and scores for each middle-level management cadre based on their personal reports and daily work situations.
