On September 26th, Hu Xinbao, the head of the preparatory group of Hunan Pharmaceutical Development Group, led a team to visit the company's Liuyang production base to inspect and guide the work safety and convene a work safety scheduling meeting. Liu Xiao, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, Zhang Aoxiang, the head of the Party and Mass Work Department, Qi Yun, the supervisor, Shen Fanshun, the general manager of the company, members of the management team, and heads of relevant departments accompanied the inspection.

Hu Xinbao and his delegation conducted on-site inspections at various locations within the company, including the extraction workshop, raw material warehouse, new production line preparation workshop, old factory preparation workshop, quality center, and drug research institute. They focused on inspecting the implementation of institutional norms, operational procedures, fire-fighting facilities, and safety production responsibilities.

At the subsequent work scheduling meeting on safety production, Hu Xinbao first conveyed the essence of the provincial video conference on safety production held on September 21st to the attendees and listened to a report from Shen Fanshun, the company's general manager, on specific safety production work. Based on the on-site inspection, Hu Xinbao proposed five rectification suggestions for the company's current safety production work, and emphasized the need for the company to formulate comprehensive institutional measures and rectification standards. Shen Fanshun made a statement on behalf of the company, stating that the company would fully implement the essence of the provincial video conference on safety production held on September 21st, make every effort to rectify identified issues, ensure that no safety production accidents occur, and serve the safety of the entire group with the stability of the Chun Guang Jiu Hui region, creating a safe and stable environment for the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

Regarding the work in the next stage, Hu Xinbao stated that firstly, we must elevate our perspective, fully recognizing the extreme importance of safety production work at this stage. We must not be complacent, take no chances, or slack off. We should improve on-site operation procedures and emergency response measures for employees, conduct safety production training for employees, and promote the enhancement of their safety awareness. Secondly, regarding the five rectification suggestions mentioned above, we must ensure comprehensive investigation, immediate rectification, and thorough implementation. Thirdly, we must press down on safety production responsibilities at all levels. Based on the principle of "dual responsibility for each position" in safety production, we should firmly grasp, meticulously manage, and ensure the implementation of safety production responsibilities at all levels of company leadership, departments, and workshops, forming a closed-loop safety production responsibility chain system for all employees. Fourthly, special measures should be taken during special periods. We should strengthen duty and guard, be strict and severe, adopt a "zero tolerance" approach towards violations and irregularities, attach great importance to them, and ensure that no safety accidents occur, creating a safe atmosphere and environment for the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

Liu Xiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Group, put forward requirements for ensuring safety production. He pointed out that it is necessary to fully recognize the importance of safety production at this stage and comprehensively and solidly address issues; with a sense of responsibility that "never letting go even for a moment", we should comprehensively, meticulously, and thoroughly carry out safety production work, establish a responsibility mechanism that "extends horizontally to the edge and vertically to the bottom", and the members of the leading group should fulfill the "dual responsibility for one position", transmit it layer by layer, and press down and solidify the main responsibility for safety production, creating a safe and stable environment for the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.

The meeting also discussed issues such as product research and development, mergers and acquisitions integration, and development planning for the company.
