On November 29th, the 2022 inaugural marketing skills competition, hosted by the company's marketing center and undertaken by the company's big health business department, came to a successful conclusion at the company's Hexi Lugu base. Tang Zhengping, executive deputy general manager of the company, Liu Yan, deputy general manager, Duan Jianwen, chairman of the labor union, Yuan Zhengyi, director of the marketing center, as well as the heads of the company's marketing office, finance department, party and mass human resources department, and other departments, attended and served as competition judges.
This marketing skills competition aims to enhance the understanding of the employees in the Health Business Division towards the company's products, especially the health products, fully comprehend the company's marketing development strategy and product system construction, clarify the future market orientation, and simultaneously promote the comprehensive improvement of the learning ability and professional competence of the company's marketing department personnel, thereby further enhancing the company's marketing capabilities and operational performance.
During the competition, all contestants actively competed and showcased their talents, comprehensively demonstrating their excellent marketing knowledge, new media marketing skills, and product sales abilities. After fierce competition, Chen Shijia from the company's Health Business Department won the first prize, Lai Qiuju won the second prize, Sun Xingdan won the third prize, and Zhang Zebiao won the Best Popularity Award. The company leaders presented awards to the winners and expressed their congratulations, hoping that they would continue to make persistent efforts, shine in their sales positions, and grow continuously.

Focusing on the construction of a product business system integrating raw medicinal materials, traditional Chinese medicine decoctions, new-type Chinese medicine decoctions, proprietary Chinese medicine preparations, health and wellness products, and the integration of traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment, the company has fully leveraged its technological advantages in ultra-fine decoctions of traditional Chinese medicine, continuously expanding and enhancing its health and wellness product industry. This year, the company officially established a Health and Wellness Business Department, integrating two major development directions: the universal health and wellness industry (innovation of traditional Chinese medicine) and new media business (new sales channels). The department is dedicated to the development, launch, and industrialization of new products such as health and wellness products (derivatives of traditional Chinese medicine), preparation products (traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations), and Chinese herbal extracts. Currently, the department has launched new health and wellness products such as cosmeceutical products like pure cleansing mud mask, Huangjing noodles, Chinese medicine aromatherapy, Gynostemma pentaphyllum, and Cyclocarya paliurus tea.
