On July 13th, in order to promote the high-quality development of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and biopharmaceutical industries across the province, the Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture TCM and Biopharmaceutical Industry Development Matchmaking Meeting, hosted by the Hunan Provincial Drug Administration, was grandly held in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. General Manager of the company, Tan Feng, was invited to attend the matchmaking meeting.

At the matchmaking event, General Manager Tan Feng, on behalf of the company, signed a strategic cooperation project agreement on the development of the Chinese herbal medicine industry with the Longshan County People's Government, which is one of the first batch of demonstration counties for Chinese herbal medicine planting bases in Hunan Province. As the core production area for authentic Chinese herbal medicines such as lily and magnolia in Hunan, Longshan County will leverage the resource advantages of the province's Chinese herbal medicine and traditional Chinese medicine industry to jointly build a demonstration base for the Chinese herbal medicine industry.

This marks another collaboration with the authentic medicinal herb production areas of counties and cities, following the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement on the development of the raspberry tea industry between the company and the Zhangjiajie government on May 20th. The company will prioritize authentic Chinese medicinal herbs from Hunan, focusing on counties and cities such as Huaihua, Xiangxi, Suining in Shaoyang, and Anhua in Yiyang, to trace the sources of Chinese medicinal herb resources and establish cooperation in the Chinese medicinal herb industry, actively cultivating the Chinese medicinal herb resource business.

The company has established "customized medicinal garden" demonstration production bases for 20 raw medicinal materials, including Bletilla striata. The initial processing demonstration base for Gynostemma pentaphyllum and Cyclocarya paliurus in Suining County was completed and put into operation on July 28, 2022, providing a guarantee for the coordinated development of the company's industrial chain, supply chain, and value chain, and contributing to the high-quality development of Hunan's traditional Chinese medicine industry.
