1. Bidding conditions
The construction funds for this bidding project are self raised by the enterprise, with a 100% investment ratio. The bidder is Hunan Chunguang Jiuhui Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine Co., Ltd. The project has met the bidding conditions and is now open for domestic bidding for its construction.
2. Project Overview and Bidding Scope
2.1 Project name: Rectification of exterior wall panels for hardware warehouse and precision drying workshop
2.2 Construction Site: Liuyang Production Base
2.3 Construction scale: General contractor. The construction area is about 1500 ㎡, and the original foam color steel plate needs to be replaced with 5cm thick 80kg/m3 rock wool color steel plate (attached with fire rating certificate). The basic construction process and precautions are as follows:
Dismantling of exterior wall panels to ensure safety and civilized construction
Build a 3cm (3cm) outer edge along the perimeter of the 2-meter wall, and remove the cement edge board (for easy removal and installation of the new version)
3. Dismantle air conditioners, fans, blinds, etc. and determine their restoration positions
4. Including dismantling old boards and handling
Installation of rock wool color steel plate with 5 lines
6. Comprehensive inspection and acceptance
2.4 Construction period requirement: 20 calendar days after the contract is signed, and the specific construction time will be notified by the tenderer
On the day of bid opening, bidders must send personnel to the site to participate in the bid opening, otherwise it will be considered as a waiver.
2.6 Warranty Requirements: Execute in accordance with the Ministry of Construction Order No. 80 and related engineering warranty commitments.
3. Qualification requirements for bidders
3.1 Having independent legal personality and obtaining a business license in accordance with the law.
3.2 Authorization letter from legal representative, copy of ID card, etc.
3.3 This bidding does not accept consortium bidding.

4. Bid evaluation method: The bid evaluation method for this project adopts competitive negotiation, and the qualification review method for this project is qualification review after the bid opening.
